Braman BMW West Palm Beach Service Dept

My service advisor (Eduardo Fuentes), along with all the service personnel, were extremely attentive to my every need.....great customer service....go beyond to make one satisfied. Friendly and helpful in every way. I have NEVER had an unsatisfactory experience with all staff at Braman BMW West Palm Beach !

A very satisfied customer

I had a very complicated problem where it was not a problem with the car itself, but because rats got into my garage and did a lot of damage to one of my cars. Rafael, the service person that took care of me, was beyond fantastic, being what you hope a customer service person should be. he was on top of it, keeping me informed, working with my insurance carrier, expediting the work whenever possible and trying to meet my schedule. I just simply can not say enough of how well he handled everything. For sure, any future issues I will look for him and any new automobile needs, I will check with Bramman Motors first.

Bmw repair

Had a miss in the engine of my 2011 BMW 528. Had ignition coils replaced. Good as new.

Braman ... Great Cars, Great Service, Great People

We have purchased/leased 6 BMW's from Braman(2 purchased, 4 leased). The reason we keep coming back beside superior built cars, is our salesman, Willie Orth, our service advisor, Abu Haq and the entire service team. They are outstanding in their performance.

Dealership is not trustworthy - huge disappointment

I keep having the same problem with my SUV since I bought it. The dealership keeps it for extended lengths of time and routinely notes in my service paperwork that a front end alignment fixed the problem. Since when does a new vehicle need repeated front end alignments? In addition, the dealership performed work on my car that was not identified in the paperwork and even left someone's coffee cup in my car. This has been a horrible experience and extremely disappointing. Don't trust them and if you have to use them, get everything in writing or they will take advantage and conveniently not remember of uphold promises they make.

Bad customer service, but has a starbucks coffee

What a joke. I have my car serviced at Braman, though I bought it in Michigan. You have to go through several people to even get to your service manager, who is useless. On one visit, they lost my keys. On my most recent visit, my service manager did not even explain to me what they had done to my car during its visit there. I had a tire replaced and he did not indicate if it had been punctured, the stem was leaking, there or why it needed to be replaced. That was only after I finally got ahold of someone BESIDES my service manager to make an appointment because he never answered the phone. Maybe they should focus less on the kind of food they are going to serve inside and more on the actual service they are providing. Getting a rental car takes at least an hour. The past two times I have had my car serviced there, it was a nightmare to get it it. They have been so busy, they didn't even wash it before returning it to me. Getting it out of the parking lot, even thought I called in advanced, took much longer than expected because they have too many people for the keys to changed hands. Mechanic, receptionist, cashier, service manager, valet. Your bill pays them all which is why it is five times what it should be. Do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
