I drew all my way from Key West to take a look at BMW 328i Convertible. Got there late, maybe 20 min before dealership closes. I was greeted by very friendly and caring staff. Oscar Gutierrez, one of the staff was taking care of me,very professional, friendly and helpful. I even had a chance to test drive the same night after what I fell in love with the car and ended up buying it the next day. The process of buying my new car and trading my old one was so smooth and stress free that I still can't believe it. The first and greatest experience at Braman BMW West Palm Beach!

During my visit, everyone including the Sales manager, Marc Cohen stopped to Introduce themselves. I cannot say enough about Ocirio, my sales person. He directed me to a vehicle that made sense for me rather than a more costly vehicle. I have purchased at least 50 new automobiles from Rallye Motors in NY among others and I don't impress easily. I went to the dealer, specifically to speak with Michael Scharmer, about the possibility of leasing a 328i. Never did I think I would leave having signed my name on the dotted line. I told Michael what I wanted, he found a car for me and I walked out happy. I will be driving it in a few days. No stress whatsoever! Mr Al-Safeer Jamal was the first person I met when I visited the place the first time. He is a very nice guy. He took his time to explain everything. He was very respectful, and took all my thought into consideration. Mr Mario Ceresa also had to bring his part into it too. He was the one available for the test drive and to discuss the deal. They both did their best to make my dream comes true. Thanks to both of them and to the guys at the finance department. I almost forgot the receptionists who always come to offer something to eat or drink. They are all nice people, including Tiffany who took her time to teach me how to use the car when I picked it up.

They made certain that we found the right car for our needs, and exceeded our expectations. From finding our vehicle, to financing, every detail was attended to in a timely manner.
