Bad customer service, but has a starbucks coffee

What a joke. I have my car serviced at Braman, though I bought it in Michigan. You have to go through several people to even get to your service manager, who is useless. On one visit, they lost my keys. On my most recent visit, my service manager did not even explain to me what they had done to my car during its visit there. I had a tire replaced and he did not indicate if it had been punctured, the stem was leaking, there or why it needed to be replaced. That was only after I finally got ahold of someone BESIDES my service manager to make an appointment because he never answered the phone. Maybe they should focus less on the kind of food they are going to serve inside and more on the actual service they are providing. Getting a rental car takes at least an hour. The past two times I have had my car serviced there, it was a nightmare to get it it. They have been so busy, they didn't even wash it before returning it to me. Getting it out of the parking lot, even thought I called in advanced, took much longer than expected because they have too many people for the keys to changed hands. Mechanic, receptionist, cashier, service manager, valet. Your bill pays them all which is why it is five times what it should be. Do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Great sales office, horrible services

DON'T EVER buy a car from them. Horrible service center. They always have excuses.i waited with 3 kids and a car seat for over an hour, on the curb, waiting for them to get my car. Which they didn't wash. When I complained they said they would detail it next time. Next time came along and they detailed it. Apparently they used sap to clean it. My car had sap all over it. This is just one of the horrible stories.

A very pleasant experience

I made the trip from broward county because my previous experience with with Vista motors was less than perfect. I contacted Braman on line and was connected with Doug Lawson.I stopped by and was treated like a valued customer.They cut to the chase and didn't waste my time. They gave me a fair deal on both my new purchase and my trade in.

Everyone I have dealt with at Braman BMW has been very friendly and helpful. Frank Ferraro salesman is not pushy, knows what he is doing and is very friendly.

Terminating a lease early and buying a BMW

Spent several hours at Braman BMW. The visit was efficient and every detail attended to. This is due to the knowledge and patience of Jorge Mundo. He worked closely with my wife and I answering all our questions and concerns. Our buying experience was an excellent one and it was a seem less process thanks to Jorge and others on staff. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Very satisfied with our new BMW 428i convertible.

First BMW Experience

I visited Bramen BMW and after test driving the X3 and X5, ended up leasing a 2015 X5, a former "loaner" vehicle which allowed me to reduce my payment without compromising on "newness". Osiris Cedeno was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget. The entire process was painless and not as arduous compared to other dealerships. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, my X5 was in the showroom with a red carpet and presentation stand besides the vehicle, which made for a unique and memorable experience for me. Bramen BMW is a class act. They were professional and efficient in all aspects and I highly recommend them and Osiris.
