Darian gave me a follow up call, very courteous and professional, the truck is terrific! I came in to just look at the f-150 Darian sold me, I had a trx and a shelby to look at in Miami and Doral, but chose Mullinax Ford without visiting the other dealers, Mulligan Ford is how all dealerships ought to be! I Will purchase another truck from there in the future future.

We have always been Mullinax fans before moving to FL and this Mullinax will keep bringing us back. Great experience and easy. Probably the quickest car buying experience ever! Very happy with both our experiences at this Mullinax, will definitely return when it is needed.

For the first time in 20 years my buying a car

For the first time in 20 years my buying a car Experience was actually AMAZING and honestly all because of Tiffany Parlor! I dread buying a car to the extent I will keep a car as long as I possibly can just to avoid dealing with the process! We actually ended up purchasing two vehicles. Tiffany was so helpful and honest, She always had a smile and made the process so smooth.

Terrible experience!

Terrible experience!Waited over a month to get service, and when I did the first thing the advisor told me was they had 6 techs out sick.They did not even look at the mirrors and just told me it would $1800.00 to just replace them.The other work they said my extended warranty (5000$) doesnt cover the work.Gave my vehicle back dirty. To follow up: After contacting my warranty company.The tech at Mullinax falsely reported that the truck had been put through a carwash and that broke the mirror.How would he know that without ever asking??The motor does not even work to fold the mirror and no mention of that. **Bottom line is if the dealership reports to the warranty company that the problem is not from mechanical issue your claim is denied and you have to pay the dealership!**

As I walked in everyone treated me friendly.

As I walked in everyone treated me friendly. As I greeted my sales rep, I was nervous, but sure of why I was there. Andy didn't hide any numbers neither did my financial officer "sorrynI forgot you name" but this diluo made it happen and I rolled out of there with my wheels. I give thanks first to God and then to the entire team that made this happen. We plan but God delivers! Aleluya!!!
