Mario made our experience quick and painless!! I went in to just look at the explorer and 3 hours later I was driving home in my new Explorer Limited

New car buyer

Just bought my new 2016 Ford Focus. I have had it for two weeks now. Beautiful car and so far so good. The buying process was easy and the sales man John Wayne was great. I, however, was dissapointed by the fininacing options. I have excellent credit and Ford does not offer incentives for people in my position. I had to finance at a higher rate (4.99%) in order to receive the "discounts" applied to my new car purchase. They did offer me a low rate of .9% for 36 months. Sounded great but in doing so I would lose several thousand of dollars in discounts. They also didn't have a service tire plan like Toyota does. I am going to refinance as soon as I can with my fininical institute.

Stay Away

"Upfront" pricing is a joke. Watch out for the bait and switch regarding their internet pricing. They pretend they are not familiar with Ford incentives. Will low ball on trades to get every penny out of you. Drove to Advantage Ford in Stuart. Much more "Upfront" and honest. Got a much better deal with no xx.

Ken Maltman is a great salesman. We have purchased 4 trucks from in the past 2yrs and will be purchasing a Van next year. He has given us personnel service and come through for us each time

Great Experience

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer through Mullinax Ford in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. My sales person was Ray Bowen, who was an awesome person to deal with. He was not aggressive and made you feel comfortable in a sometimes "not so comfortable environment." Mullinax had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and had the best prices around. Will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle here.
