Tom Fox was our salesman. This is the second time Tom has worked with us and I will ask for him every time I buy a FORD. The service department is tops too. Glenda is the only service person I deal with and she is the best. I am sure all of the people at Mullinax are wonderful but when you find someone that takes as good care of you as Tom and Glenda do, why look for anyone else.

Even though the warranty was 50/50, Their pristine character and honor replaced the entire engine for free, with no argument and no haggling. We have been to many car dealerships, particularly during this last purchase, and have never been supported so well than this. Alfredo, our salesman, took the time to review the product we were interested in, knew the product line extremely well, and there was never any sense of pressure or the "what can we do to make a deal today" situation.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mullinax Ford. My salesman was Ray Bowen. I had asked my service advisor, Glenda Edwards. who she would recommend as a salesman when I decided to get another F-150. Ray was excellent. I went in, told him I basically wanted the same as my other F-150 (2010) with a few additional items. They didn't have on their lot the vehicle I was looking for. He immediately went on line and found a vehicle that met my wishes. He had that vehicle delivered the next day. It was perfect. I traded in my old F-150 and they gave me a generous amount for it. I was very satisfied, and of course, with a Ford you cant go wrong! I have all my service done at Mullinax, and now with the tag team of Glenda for service and Ray for sales, I have it made, Thank you Mullinax!

This is my 2nd vehicle I purchased from here and like the upfront pricing. However there was an issue with the advertising specials on their website that was incorrect. They did try to work with us to correct it but was disappointed I didn't get the deal that was advertised. The salesman was good however felt rushed after deal was done. And didn't follow up afterwards.
