Great experience buying a new car! My salesman Alfredo was recommended by a family member who is a two time customer. I can see why! Excellent customer service and excellent price. No fuss, no muss. Will definitely be a repeat customer myself and recommend to others.

After researching on line for about a month and determining Mullinax had the best selection I went to the dealership and met David Bean who would be my salesman. David did a good job explaining what he had in stock and what he could get for me from another Mullinax dealership. I decided on a red F 150 and I am glad I did. The truck looks and feels great. Everyone at the dealership did a fantastic job explaining my options and I fely really good about my decision. As a post script I had to go back to the dealer Saturday to repair a loose wire on the switch for rear window. I was able to get it fixed in less than a hour. Great job

The short and sweet of it is that Mullinax Ford of Palm Beach offered us knowledgeable and friendly sales associates, fast response times with even faster paperwork processing times, good vehicle incentives, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. Purchasing our brand new 2015 Ford Transit was a pleasure. I'd highly recommend Mullinax to friends and colleagues.

Had a great experience shopping & buying a new F150 at Mullinax. It had been several years since my last purchase and I was amazed at how friendly the staff was. My salesperson took the time via email/text to answer several questions I had (even prior to showing up at the dealer) so that when I did show up everything was super smooth. I hope I don't have to buy a car soon, but if I do it will certainly be with Mullinax!!

I received a coupon for $20 off for a 30,000 mile maintenance on my Ford Fusion Hybrid. I told the Service adviser i wanted a 30,000 mile checkup. One hour later when I went to pay for the service and presented the coupon (which was not expired) I was told it would not be honored. I then spoke to Colby Ferch, who identified himself as a Service Director, he said it would not be honored because the 30,000 mile checkup was not done!? WHAT???? Then he became rude,terse and obnoxious even threatening, stated that "well you did not buy the vehicle here". When I called Ford Customoer Service in front of him, he laughed and thought it was funny when they called back. i did not think it was funny. Excuse me, I was living in Orlando when i purchased the car from another dealer. I stated that I just moved here I would expect the same level of service, not abuse in front of other customers. Outright mistatements by the service adviser James who said the 30,000 mile checkup was not done. Why only they know!! I have always been a loyal Ford customer, but this dealership needs some customer service training. All this over 20 bucks, very sad

We had a great experience at Mullinax Ford. Our salesperson Mike was very attentive and took the time to show us different vehicles in various trims. He was very knowledgable about the features of each vehicle. He worked with us to get the deal we wanted.
