What can I say...I love Mullinax Ford. They sell quality cars - that is a given - but their sales & service are superb. I have purchased three trucks and my daughter's first car from Mullinax. Why? Because they have consistently been honest and fair. Mr. Raymond Bowen is my salesperson and he is a pleasure to work with-an open and honest man who can make a purchase seem simple and easy. Glenda and the service department keep my vehicles in good repair and they are all very friendly and caring people. I always feel like I am getting fair treatment at Mullinax.

Walked into Mullinax Ford of Palm Beach and was treated by a Warm, Comfortable and Kind Salesman by the name of Matthew Omidvar. After speaking to him for a few minutes explaining what I was looking for, Matthew took me to speak with Mr. Jeremy Hamilton in finance so I could chat with Jeremy while he retrieved an Explorer he believed was what I was looking for. Mr. Hamilton proceeded to answer my questions about the Explorer and what needs to be done to purchase one. I Was Impressed with the Knowledge and Professionalism Jeremy Displayed during our brief encounter. Matthew was able to bring me a Beautiful Explorer for a test drive. What A Ride!!! Well built with a Ton of Options and drove like a comfortable car that sat up hi! Thiis Explorer is for me but I want a Red one!! no Problem, Matthew picked out a Gorgeous red XLT and within an hour, it was Mine! ? Warren was very knowledgeable of the cars I was looking at and was very friendly. I chose a 2015 Ford Fusion SE because the value cannot be beat. The no hassle pricing makes the whole process pressure and stress free. During the meeting with the Finance Manager, I did not get the typical pushiness to buy xx products that I received in past dealings at other dealerships..
