My experience with Tom Fox of the sales team has been great. He sold my daughter a car and then I came back six months later and bought a Ford Escape. They are up front with their pricing and are very reasonable with the trade-ins we had. My mother just bought a car from them last week as well after having a less than favorable experience with another area dealer. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to avoid the back and forth negotiating that is often found in car dealerships.

No pressure or hassle. Bill our sales consultant was very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly and the finance process with the manager was outstanding.

The sales and service team at Mullinax are second to none! I just leased my 3rd vehicle in six years from them and would not consider going elsewhere. My sales associate, Ray Bowen, is polite, efficient, knowledgeable and has been at the dealership for over 20 years. I trust him well enough to allow him to choose my vehicle for me. Most recently, I arrived at the dealership, after having discussed my needs with him over the phone, the vehicle I selected, sight unseen, based on Ray's recommendation, is the vehicle that I leased - no questions asked. Paperwork was ready, terms and pricing were as discussed - the entire process took less than one hour and I left driving my new vehicle. It was detailed, gassed up and he even took the time to program my cell phone to the SYNC system. I've serviced my vehicles with them and will continue to do so. Everyone in the service department from porter, to adviser, to cashier is cordial. Vehicle is always ready when promised.

We purchased a new Ford Focus from this dealership initially because they had the lowest price for what we wanted. However, it shoudl be noted that the customer service was superb as well! There was no pressure and the process was quite simple and painless.

My 2013 Escape was having complications to the point were under warranty it could not be fixed. I was told to come in and we will get the matter resolved,. I walked out with a 2013 Edge. My payments went up a little bit but my wife could not be happier with her new vehicle.

Dealing with the salesman Ray Bowen was a pleasure. This is our 2nd purchase from him and there will be more.
