my husband and I were greeted by a very nice and knowledgeable sales man a Mr. Alfredo Gonzalez. My husband and I had not decided what vehicle we wanted to buy, so we test drove a few, and at the end we decided on the Ford Escape. Love this car!!!! . Mr Gonzalez followed up with us a few days later to see if we had any questions about the car, and to see if we were happy with our purchase. I must say this was one of the best car buying experience we ever had, no pressure at all. Would highly recommend Mullinax Ford .

Buying a cargo van thru Mullinax was very easy. Quoted price on phone & told to come down everything was ready to go. In & out within 30 mins. Would reccommend this dealer for anyone looking for a new vehicle

I was given a free oil change coupon at Sunfest by south Florida Ford Association. I brought my 2012 Nissan pathfinder in and was told that the coupons were only meant for Ford owners though that is not what the offer said. I was told they would honor the coupon but I would have to leave the car there and it may be a day or two before they receive the "parts" aka an oil filter. I was also told making an appointment wouldn't make a difference because they won't order parts for a vehicle that isn't physically on site. I left dissatisfied and I went to Wayne Akres Ford with the same coupon and was told no problem if the oil change is not done within an hour my next one will be free as well. I was in and out in 40 minutes and everything went great.

I was tired of other dealerships playing games with "the numbers." Mullinax just presented their up front pricing and I was pleased with the prices. I feel I got the best deal possible.

I had a very pleasant experience at Mullinax Ford in Lake Park, Florida. I have purchased 6 cars from this dealership. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and the finance department was able to get me the lowest interest rates possible. The sales lady did a wonderful job getting me the vehicle I wanted and since I had a trade in, she was able to get me a good price for it. I left feeling like I got a good deal. Very satisfied with the service at this dealership. I would definitely buy from here again.

I recently purchased a F150 Crew cab from Mullinax. I loved the no haggle price and purchase experience. My Sales person David was excellent and there was never any pressure to buy. He walked me through the different features between the models and that allowed me to make my decision. The over all time from arrival to out the door was a little over 2 hours....not bad. I love my new truck. Ford makes a good product.
