I found the truck I purchased on the Internet and contacted Mullinax to have price quoted. They emailed me their up front pricing and they stuck by that. Bruce set up a time for me to come down and see the truck and had it waiting out front when I arrived. He was very friendly and helpful in setting up all the features of the truck after the sale.

Salesperson excellent
Called in from louisiana looking for a ford connect with windows all around. Connected with Mr. Henry and we took off from there. Within 3 days all the paper work was done working Thur fedx. I flew in late and it was Mr. Henry day off no problem he met me there he went out of his way to make all of this work for me 2 thumbs up for him and Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach.

Awesome Buying Experience
I recently purchased an Explorer from Mullinax Ford. Let me just say that the experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales person was knowledgeable, the selection was huge, even the finance guy was a pleasure to deal with. Also, i love not paying a dealer fee. BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE...
BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2013 ford fusion from this dealership. And the very next day I found scratched, chips and dings all in the paint. The leather seat had a hole in it, the trunk doesn't stay up, it falls down and hit you on the head. So, I calmly went back to speak with my salesman, Billy, about all of this and he acted like he didn't even know who I was. He gave me the run around and told me "well, we're not going to fix this because this is going to happen to the vehicle anyways." So i requested to speak to the used car sales manager and he walks out and talks to the salesman in private and then they walk back inside together. My salesman returned and said nope, we're not fixing it. So i said "well its only been a few days, I DON"T WANT THIS CAR ANYMORE" he told me there was nothing I could do about it. I am currently in the process with ford directly because this incompetent dealership will not help me. I PAID: 26,000 DOLLARS FOR THIS VEHICLE!!!!! And they are treating their customers horribly!!!!! I will be telling absolutely EVERYONE I can about this experience and to NEVER EVER go to Mullinax Ford!!!!

In reviewing our records the co-owner had all of the items taken care of when he addressed them at our dealership. We also gave him a free rental to use so that he would not be inconvenienced. Mullinax Ford prides itself in extending excellent service to all of our customers and to make our customer’s experience a pleasurable one. This is just another reason we addressed several items as a measure of our customer goodwill.
The response to my original post is A COMPLETE LIE. You did NOT give us a rental. You did NOT fix the broken side mirror. I still haven't even received a second key to the vehicle! The advisor told me that the trunk shocks were replaced so the trunk wouldn't fall down when I'm getting things in and out of the vehicle and he LIED. I looked at the repair order and it says the technician found "nothing wrong with the trunk." If a technician at my place of work did a horrible PDI like the one done to my vehicle they would be fired. This dealership lies and lies and lies. I am somewhat happy with the overall vehicle but will NEVER take it to Mullinax for service. They are a lousy excuse for a dealership and Ford should be ashamed to have them as one of their dealers.
Jackie, Initially we had taken care of all of the issues that you have mentioned with the co-owner, Patrick. Documentation of repairs was provided to Patrick when they were completed. I am glad we had the opportunity to discuss these issues with you.
You did NOT "take care of all the issues." I just spoke with Brent from sales and I told him there were still things you guys didn't fix and he gave me attitude and said "yes you guys did." 1. the trunk still falls down and doesn't stay up. 2. the side mirror has severe damage to the bottom of it. 3. the front bumper isn't aligned I am tired of dealing with your incompetent employees. This is not how my FIRST new car purchase should have gone. You all know that if any of these issues happened to you that you would expect someone to care and fix all of your concerns. I do not care what you say, because you have NOT fixed any of my concerns. I will finally be getting my 2nd key this weekend and I will never come to your dealership again. Care or don't care, it does not matter to me because I am sick of dealing with you guys. Like I said before, I work for a vehicle manufacturer in the area and will tell everyone I can about your "excellent service." Your dealership is a joke.
GREAT SERVICE
Alfredo Gonzalez made my buying experience the best four hours buying a new car. He was very thorough with all features of the Escape. We took a test drive that would showcase the vehicle and he pointed out the workings while we drove. The only issue was a sticky residue remaining on the rear hatchback door and rear back panels that took a little elbow work but came clean.

Great buying experience!
Melanie was an excellent sales associate, helping us identify our needs and clarify expectations. The whole process from beginning to end was a lot shorter than with other dealerships. We were presented with a full disclosure of the available options, in clearly defined way, and electronically!...not the typical "against the spot" scenario where you have to sign on a clean sheet of paper what you would pay. There was no back and forth with managers, manager of managers, and this "il Padrino" style treatment you get in other dealerships. We could not have asked for a more professional service. Thank you Ford Mullinax for a true customer experience...Finally, a place where you can buy a car with no hassle, no obligations, and fair treatment. Your neighbors in Northlake...all of them, should send their Sales Associate for a training course at your place.
