ABSOLUTELY the best new car buying experience of my life! Bar NONE. I'm a car junky, buying a new car on average ~ every 2-3 years, so I've done this ~ 15 times previously. Casually greeting by a fantastic salesman, Steve Stocker, when I entered the dealer. Steve had to be one of the most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever experienced. Steve seemed to know almost ever imaginable feature, package & function of the Ford Fusion (Hybrid). Test drove 7 other competitor's car's before deciding on the Ford Fusion Hybrid, some of other dealer's sales people barely knew their product. Steve's relaxed professional attitude made this an easy decision. Hyundai dealer down the street was the exact opposite... I felt like I had been mauled at the Hyundai dealer, being phoned & emailed daily by THREE employees - the salesman, his supervisor & the Sales Manager himself - YES, EVERY DAY! The Ford Fusion Hybrid is absolutely fantastic!! If you drive it like a Hybrid & not an Formula 1 car then the gas mileage is nearly as advertised, which of course is incredible. My 1st 90 mile trip was all Highway @ 68 mph with the cruise control on entire trip & I achieved 45.8 MPG!! Driven 1,000 miles to date & worst MPG has been 40 with mixed moderate driving. Generally achieving 42 MPG city & 44 MPG Highway (~70 MPH with ECO Cruise Control on almost entire time). So completely satisfied we are definitely buying our next car (Ford) from Mullinax Ford in next 2 months. Have been driving mostly BMW & Hyundai/Toyota for years & Porsche, Volvo, VW, etc... Ford's quality & Value in my opinion are 2nd to NONE!! LOVE my new Fusion Hybrid!!

On the day I purchased my 2013 FX4, I was just looking at truck for a 2nd time, and the first was not at this dealer. The other dealer had it $1500 higher at the window marked down price, and I would of had a dealer fee on top of that difference of $900 +/-. I liked the truck I saw, drove it for the first time, and decided to let Tom Fox my salesperson derive the numbers. A smooth process, no pressure, and a quick delivery of the price. After searching relentlessly online I narrowed the dealerships down to three, Mullinax Ford was one of them. Mullinax was the second dealership I went to. There were more choices to chose from, and as a matter of fact, I bought a different Mustang then the one I originally went to look at.
