DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MULLINAX

I bought a $42,000 USED Lexus from Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach, FL. The car had paper covering the carpets and floor mats in the trunk with ?Lexus? embroidered on them. After I purchased the car, I found out that the floor mats were for another car and did not fit the one I bought. It took 5 attempts to get the salesman to call me back. Then I was told that they wouldn?t get me the correct floor mats and I was on my own. $42,000 for a used car and they can?t get me the correct floor mats. FIVE times before they?d return my call. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Once they have your money they can?t be bothered with you.

Excellent Experience!

I recently bought a 2013 Ford Mustang at Mullinax and I have to say that their customer service is excellent. Billy (sorry i can' remember his last name) took very good care of us. Very, very happy with the experience and I will definetely recomend them to all my friends and family! Thank you Mullinax!

Ford F-150, Excellent Customer Service and Vehicle

Everything went smoothly. David Kauffman of the West Palm Beach Mullinax Ford was terrific. He helped me find the exact truck that i wanted and needed. The truck is amazing and im glad i purchased it. The only complaint i had was the car was a little dirty. I didn't think i had to ask for my brand new $42,000 truck to be washed and detailed. It should be a given. Other than that, i will recommend this anyone.

Ford Explorer Sport 2013

After searching local dealers for 6 months to find the car that we wanted, we couldn't have been happier with the service at Mullinax. Their no haggle policy is the best thing going in purchasing a car. We walked out of numerous dealers who wanted to over charge us for miscellaneous fees, but NOT at Mullinax. They had two vehicles on the lot when we called. They gave us the price of them and we drove up after work and made the purchase. The staff was wonderful, stayed late for us, and were a pleasure to buy from. It was so nice! They were honest and thorough with us. I really appreciated how they treated us with respect and got us in the car that we wanted. Could not have gone better. Will always purchase from them and will recommend them to everyone that I know.

KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN

Make sure you inspect the CarFax closely when thinking of buying a vehicle from Mullinax. I almost got into a 2013 Edge today. On the test drive I asked about the history of the car. It turns out it was a RENTAL VEHICLE. Nowhere in the advertising does it say anything about it being a rental or a program vehicle or anything like that. I'm not saying they sell junk there or that the people aren't nice. All I am saying is that they sell former rental vehicles and refrain from disclosing that in their advertising.
