Ray Bowen was a pleasure to deal with. There was 0 pressure applied and no scare tactics like we experienced at other Ford dealers when we went to price compare. Other dealer's approach was "You'd better move on this now as it could be gone by tomorrow." Ray was very casual and professional. He always followed up and in some ways he could have been a bit more energetic and assertive. But overall great experiences.

I did a test drive and I really liked the way the car drove . I had a 2002 tracker for 11 years and all the technology in this car which by the way is a ford focus was amazing to me. Ask me if I had any questions for him on anything and even got in the car with me to show me how to use all the new technology, even hooked up my phone so I could be hands free and safe. the salesman s name is Ron T.
