When I experienced a problem with my new, week old, ATS Coupe, I brought it Linus. I purchased the vehicle from a dealership in southern Florida but Linus treated me as if I bought the car from them. Great, enthusiastic service and very professional.

When my Cadillac would not start, they were at the scene right away. They started the car and told me to drive it to Linus so they could evaluate the problem. So without an appointment they serviced my car complete with an oil change. They took me home so I would not have to wait for the car, and picked me up when it was ready. This is the second time I have had them perform an oil change, and both times I was treated well, complete with donuts.

Ivonne Ervin was prompt in processing our vehicle. Ivonne called called me when the tech had finished evaluating the leak. We scheduled the repair and it was finished the same day. My vehicle was returned clean as when I brought it to the dealership and so far to date no more oil drops on my garage floor. Good professional service from all at Linus.

Every dealership has the same cars and trucks. Every dealership will sell that car or truck for about the same price. It's all about attitude. Have your other dealers take note. The owner, Jim Linus has a great attitude that transmits to all the employees. I'm certainly not the high dollar buyer who buys a new car or truck every two or three years. I'm the every 5 to 7 year used car kind of buyer. Even with that said, Jim Linus goes out of his way to say hi. He makes every customer feel special, and that sells him vehicles. You can't help trying to buy something from them with that kind of kindness and concern of your purchase. That's what sets one dealership from another. All customers want that 'special attention', or to feel like they are part of a family when they buy and will be treated that way from then on. Jim Linus does that with his attitude and his employee's attitudes. Other dealers take note, or not, and wonder why Linus is the preferred dealership on the treasure coast.

I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and Linus makes buying a vehicle a true pleasure. The people are very friendly and really take the time to make sure you understand everything about your new vehicle. Everyone was so nice. We had a great experience Walt the manager was the best manager we have ever encountered. He first spoke to us on the phone and invited us in to see the great selection of vehicles. When we arrived he greeted us and introduced us to Jim. We were not planning on buying at all and even more so not interested in a red vehicle. Walt addressed all our concerns and we departed the dealership with a beautiful red terrain and plan on buying all our vehicles from Linus in the future. Walt was the greatest, Jim was great and Joe the finance guy was nice. We will recommend Linus to every one we know. Thank you again Walt!!!
