Always a good experience at Linus.l travel 30 minutes for service.
Charged me $160 to ?diagnose? my vehicle that had already been diagnosed and I informed them what the code was and what was wrong with it before. I told... them I just wanted to know if the work could be done under warranty and when they called and said that particular part wasn?t warrantied I told them not to fix so they charged me for a diagnosis anyway which I already had it diagnosed at a different dealership the previous day for FREE!

My wife wanted a new car and she had specific criteria. It had to be a station wagon, it had to be red, it had to have all the new driver safety stuff,... and of course it had to be at the right price. After doing a lot of research online we settled on a 2018 Buick TourX. None of our local dealers had any cars that matched our criteria, so we had to search nationally. We used many web sites including this one and Buick's main inventory search. Found about 15 cars nation wide that matched, and started to narrow them down by distance. After going through a couple of dealers who misrepresented their inventory or weren't upfront with their descriptions or price, I finally came to Linus and found none of that. The car was exactly as described, including the initial quote they provided. Since we were going to purchase remotely, fly down and take delivery, there's a lot of details that need to be verified. Both Rodney and Dan were fantastic at every step and detail. They were consummate professionals that made my wife and I feel at ease with this special type of purchase. Now at this point I should mention that the news had been forecasting an incoming hurricane which had everyone there boarding up their widows. In spite of this the staff at Linus took the time out to help us finish the deal and take delivery on a Saturday and late into their hours, actually staying after their closing time to get everything right. Everything about the experience was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Online price shows $17776 on cars com as well as the car dealership's website. After contacting the dealership about the vehicle I received an email from... a Jessica Linus, Internet Service Specialist, to let me know the prices online are not the real prices and to check back within 48 hours to see real pricing. Now the price has gone up $12000, now selling for more than $29k. I find it hard to believe that any business on the planet would think this tactic of advertising a "click bait" price would end in a sale. Your dealership has lost me as a potential customer as well as anyone and everyone I ever encounter that is shopping for a vehicle. I am pretty sure that will add up to more than the $12k you added to your price after I inquired. Good luck with you business model.

I tool my truck to this dealer for an oil change without an appointment on a Saturday, and the service took most of the morning to get the service completed.

Please never go to this dealer wosre service department ever. Had an appointment just to replace a lost FOD ( car keys) after signing in and doing some... paperwork and getting assured it would take about an hour. We sat down and waited and waited after one and half hours now with no service people available, everybody appeared to go to lunch. I looked outside and saw my car seating their thinking it was done, when in to check and was told they didn't start yet, lady said oh you are waiting I said what do you think we were sitting here for 1.5 hours. Very unprofessional please don't waste your time at this dealer, if you don't believe me check the other reviews I'm sorry I though they could do a simple fod car key update.
