Hello. I'm writing to compliment Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Pinellas Park, FL. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were very courteously greeted by Joseph Rivais, Sales Representative. My son was interested in a pre-owned Ford Focus that he viewed online. Joe was extremely helpful and informative. He immediately left us with a great impression on the dealership and their service. My son ended up purchasing the vehicle that day which he absolutely LOVES!! If it wasn't for the positive experience we had gotten from Joseph Rivais, we would have left the lot and continued the search as we have done with other dealerships in the past few months. My sales person was Chip Grant, who guided me along the process step by step. Being a single mom buying a car, he didn't treat me like other sales people who take advantage of that. My buying experience was so good I just referred a friend to him, and I was told by my friend he received the same service.
