After going in and out of several different car lots I meet my salesman Joe Rivais at Suncoast Jeep. Joe is a wonderful salesman. He listens! He follows up! He cares! He is not there "just" to sell a car. I believe he truly enjoys his work. I will return to Suncoast looking for Joe when I am ready to change cars again. Everything about Suncoast is professional. From the first day I walked in meeting Joe to getting my free oil changes.

Shortly after moving to Florida, I needed a new car... family was growing and was happy to unload of the vehicle that endured many winters up north. I was ready to be entertained with options. The minute I met Garry "Chip" Grant, I knew I was dealing with a long standing professional. I was upfront and laid out my requirements for the vehicle I was hoping to get into. Firm on what I would and wouldn't succumb to. When I tell you I hate being sold, it's an understatement. If something is at par, it doesn't have to be sold... value sells it's self. I have been a returning customer because of the owner, Tammy in the Service Department and a wonderful sales man, Joe Rivais. Joe makes every effort to find you what you want. If he does not have it on the lot he will search for it until he finds it. I would not think of buying a vehicle without Joe's help. He is an outstanding employee of the dealership.

I went to Suncoast without knowing exactly what type of vehicle I wanted. I was greeted by Joseph Rivais when I arrived. He took his time in helping me make my decision. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful to me in making the right decisions. There was no high pressure tactics or games played. He thoroughly explained all my options that were available. I have told several friends of my experience and have told them to deal with Joe when they go to Suncoast. I want everyone to know, that the service you receive after a purchase will be a pleasant surprise. Recently my Wife and I purchased a new Durango from this dealership? our sales representative was Joe Rivais. We were honest about our finances and how much we could afford. We also knew that we were not going to settle for a lesser make or model. If we could purchase the vehicle we wanted (a new Dodge Durango, Crew), for the monthly payment and terms we wanted, we would commit to the purchase. This was strictly a matter of payment and terms. Joe was very easy to deal with. He understood our position ? there was never any pressure. We had to negotiate a little; however, we were always treated fair. In the end, we were able to purchase our vehicle with the terms and payment we asked for. After the purchase, we had to make a few trips back to the dealership for a few minor things we had noticed. On every occasion, we were treated better-than-expected. The staff, Joe Rivais, everyone, treated us like royalty. I strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
