I went in for a simple oil change. The mechanic soiled my clean carpet on my classic 2005 lincoln town car with oil on the driver's side. I waited for hours for the complimentary car wash, and I finally just gave up. I brought the car back for the oil stain and got a horrible streaked car wash. I had to take my car from the dealer to a car wash before my paint was ruined. Somehow my bumper got gouged. My car was in immaculate condition until this substandard service. I had just gotten my car out of the paint shop with new chrome and paint and your people ruined it! I will never take my car there again!

3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation is way too long. And reservations mean nothing !!

If you want a team that has your back, do NOT do business with Access Ford in Calallen. This was the worst experience!!!! I will never do business with them again. They are a bunch of liars.

Some things under the truck was not reconnected… they did...

Some things under the truck was not reconnected… they did a transmission swap and in doing so some of the bushing bolts were taking off. But after leaving the dealership could hear a lot of rattling every time I hit a bump. Under further inspection I could’ve killed myself. Took it as a bad sign and a tree in the truck Litha dodge corpus christ

people are nice service is good One thing. I wish. is that. I could talk directly to whom ever is repairing truck so. I can explain. problems. but. I tried. to talk to the service tech last time. and. I was given the run around. and problem is still there after. 1100 dollars. but. your goid. on oil change and other not so complicated problems. when. i have. real problems. I go some where else. that. i can. explain. what truck is. doing.

Happy with the trade, but after the sale appointments for servicing my vehicle were not set up, phone calls were useless, no one returned my numerous calls. Arrived at the appointed time and was told the ball was dropped, had to reschedule..again no luck calling, so drove to dealer and ask for help. Waited around lobby for an hour, left the dealer, Did finally get a call from “NATO” he said will. Set appointment for 1/24/22 to do spraying bed liner, don’t knows if will get other work done, will see, Also wanted some one to help me understand all the features on the truck, was told to read the manual
