Had issues with my truck, took it in they kept it a week.

Had issues with my truck, took it in they kept it a week. When I got it back they said they would fix the issue for 3,000 plus. I just bought the truck and it came with a warranty and they are telling me it won’t kick in until after the 30 days they said I had. Like which one is it? These are sad and deceptive practices, given they never wanted to call me back about the issues they found and never once allowed me to speak with a manger.

Rick was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with buying a vehicle. He was helpful and knowledgeable in all my questions and knew my time is precious to me versus spending 4-7hrs at a dealership….I’ll always come back to Access ford and deal with Rick.
