Warranty work, oil change, tire rotation

Minor issue, after tire rotation they didn't check tire pressure. Came back next day and issue corrected quickly. My 100% oil life notation stuck on where odometer usually is.

A no-hassle car sale

Vehicle was breaking down and needed something better. Thought we could only afford a newer used vehicle, but our salesman Charlie managed to work some magic and got us into a 2019 for around the same payment we were looking for. Probably the smoothest car buying experience we've ever had. Would recommend this dealership and especially Charlie.

Friendly and helpful.

I was very satisfied with Steve. I’m one happy man right now. I would recommend Aransas Autoplex to all my friends. Hope to get my wife a new Suburban sometime in May.

Wonderful Outcome

I first purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that went back to service for one issue after another. After communicating with the staff and Mr. Gardner, I was traded into a new vehicle. Sometimes cars have trouble, it’s not the fault of the dealer. Despite this, they still worked with me until I went from frustrated to completely satisfied with the situation. I am so thankful for their caring team and leadership.

Disappointed.

The truck was not ready as promised. It was dirty and needed detailed. The detail work was sloppy and incomplete. The chassis was coated with mud and red dirt. Paint missing under driver's door(approximately 6 to 8 inches of bare metal. Also paint rubbed off under rear sliding window. No mention of these issues before purchasing. Instead selling a truck dirty as to cover up possible issues. I'm going to take it to a local gmc dealer(luke furia motors) to fix these problems. This will cost me money out of my pocket. Also the salesman only gave me a half a tank of fuel. Every car or truck I've purchased always filled it up with gas. I drove 3 hours to buy this truck trusting that this was a great deal, but seeing how dirty this truck was inside and out, I was wrong. Disappointed is all I have to say.

Easy, relaxing and straight forward.

We went in one day....said we needed some time to think about it....no pressure was given. We went back after a couple of days...the process was quick!
