can't fix the problem
I recently bought a new Silverado pickup and within a month started to have a problem with the theft alarm system activating for no apparent reason. I have taken the truck back to the service center three times and each time I was told that the problem was fixed and each time i have had to take it back because the problem wasn't fixed and the alarm went off for no reason. I have owned this truck for a little over two months and for more than half the time it has been in the shop. My friends are starting to tell me I should have bought a Ford!! The shop personnel have been more than courteous and as helpful as they can be, but obviously they are stymied by this issue. Time to throw in the towel and get me a new truck.

Great First Experience
I’m an impatient person but the wait was worth it! These employees care about their customers and work to get them the best deal! i thought with my credit and history it was impossible to get into a car or a brand new one at that! But they helped me achieve my goal! I recommend Jeremy Steinmeyer, he’s great at what he does! My friend recommended him to me and 2 days later I got a new car! And on top of that he helped my mother get into a new car that very same day!!! Awesome experience.

Service was great they got me in and out. They left the service number on mirror and there was an oil shot on drivers seat

Best car buying experience to date.
This was the easiest, quickest and best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant. Charlie (my salesman) was very patient, knowledgable and just very friendly. Joe (the finance guy) was equally knowledgeable and friendly. They had all their ducks in a row and went extremely smooth. They went above and beyond to get us what we wanted at the rates we needed. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from Aransas Autoplex.
