WOW!

WOW! I didn't know that dealerships like Ed Morse still existed. The person service and attention to detail I received from Marilyn can't be matched by any dealership I have shopped. Marilyn went out of her way to help me find my perfect car. I was keep update on the status of my car. Lam was so helpful during the financing, he made it super easy. If you have shopped with ed Morse you are missing out on wonderful service.

All of our questions were patiently and professionally answered before, during, and after two test drives. After our purchase of the XT4, Nate stayed after going over even more features of the car. Ordered a new Cadillac Escalade Sport in February.

Ordered a new Cadillac Escalade Sport in February. After 7 months they tell me they can’t get a sport but can conveniently get me a sport platinum for $14k more. Well sport platinum doesn’t have brandy interior I didn’t want it. Took a deposit and now here we are December still don’t have the actual vehicle I ordered and zero correspondence about it. Vehicles hasn’t even been ordered! This dealership and sales manager is an absolute joke. I own a $12 million company and I buy multiple vehicles a year but not from this company now. If this sales manager worked for me he’d be fired on the spot!

Jamin was absolutely the best!

Jamin was absolutely the best! He was calm and not pushy, he went over everything with us, not once but several times and took his time with us. Jamin is very caring, he wants to do whatever he can to please you. We will be back to see Jamin! Alex was great too, he definitely looked after us and took care of us during the financing. We definitely trusted him and felt very comfortable with Alex. Tamika was a big help, as she helped us while we were searching online. She stayed in touch the entire time and directed us to the very best. Thank you to this wonderful team!! We will definitely be back!
