My service advisor Eddie said I needed brakes and was able to get it done while I was there for routine service. Even offered to get me a ride, but got me out fast.

Always leave feeling confident that my Q50 received A1 service! I'm very pleased with each service visit. On this visit my Q50 had a front brake job. The rotors were surfaced and new pads installed. My car rides like a dream again, but most importantly it comes to a smooth stop! I really appreciate and very grateful for Michael English and his expert knowledge of all the Infiniti components and being able to explain to me so that I have a complete understanding of what's going on with my car and what is necessary to keep me on the road and safe for the duration that I own my Q50!
