The customer service was incredible at this facility. The salesman, Joseph, was a hustler. He asked what I was looking for, I told him and gave him my terms, and he delivered. They all were professional and quick. My deal was done in a couple hours which is a record time in my experience in buying a vehicle. Ferman did not disappoint and i will recommend anyone to visit this dealership.

I was referred to Ferman of New Port Richey by a friend. They had a Dodge Journey that fit the need for my son and daughter in law. Our salesmen was Pete. Great guy and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the whole lineup of the types of SUV's that we were in search for. The overall experience from the test drive to signing on the dotted line with the financing dept. was wonderful and pretty much stress free. Would highly recommend. Who knows? I may find myself there when I am ready for my Hellcat.

Jamie Kissinge went above and beyond and so did his techs. I run a very tight schedule and have limited time to get in for an Oil Change, he not only got me in with little to no notice but his oil tech stayed a touch late and got my truck finished. Thank you so much guys!!

This dealer had the best selection of Ram 1500’s with the options I required. I have to scratch my head to understand why so few dealers equip pickups without towing packages. Almost all at Ferman had this option. Their prices were good and my salesman worked well with me.

I went to Ferman on a whim. I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months to replace my beloved Journey. It was time. I checked out all kinds of dealers and vehicles. Nothing remotely sang to me. I went to Ferman last week and met Matt. We looked around at everything and talked about what I wanted in a vehicle. Then Matt says, I think I have the perfect Jeep For you. He got it and brought it out front. I drove it home to show my husband and son. They thought I was nuts. Brought it back, and thought about it briefly and now I own it. Matt is wonderful, I haggled with Walter who’s great and now I’m happy!
