Extraordinary Experience.
First, they have a woman who schedules appointments, not just for Ferman Dodge But for all the Freman dealerships. when you have a recall, its a safety issue so you don't want to wait. Although they did not have the parts in stock she ordered them on the phone while we were talking, told me when they would arrive, scheduled my appointment for just a couple of days later, and E-mailed me every step of the way to inform me this part is in, that part is in, your appointment is on time as scheduled. She is so nice, like a relative you've been missing. They better keep her happy cause, any business would benefit from having her employed with them. Second, then there is Jamie, my service agent. I pull into service, there are several well organized service people there and no lines. They tell me Jamie will be helping you today, and like that they are prepared to take my truck and ask if I want anything else looked at, and I did. I also was informed I could get a shuttle ride home at scheduling. So I asked Jamie about that and he called Jose. Jose was walking to greet me when I walked out door, ready to go. took me home, had non-stop conversation, offered to pick me up and return me to dealer when my truck was done. Which I accepted, and 10 min. after they said truck ready, there is Jose. I'm telling you, this dealership has it all together, this is how all business should be done, I will be back, and yes, you want to come experience this for yourself too! Mr. James
Huge selection of Jeeps at the best prices around. I have purchased from them before so I am a repeat customer and wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. The team is easy to work with and they respond promptly to any questions. There are 5 or 6 Jeep dealers that are closer to my home, however Ferman New Port Richey has the best selection by far and at a great price. Jeep also has the best trade in value of any vehicle out there. It was great working with Mr. Lopez (again).

Vehicle recall
Service department was very informative and timely in their recall. Service suggested my vehicle may take up to 4 hrs for repairs to be completed but was done in 2 hrs.

Service department
My 2016 truck should not have all these problems they cannot fix the clunking sound at 35 miles per hour everything that they repaired the interior dome light clearance lamps USB port turn signal backup camera are all broke again not to mention every time I bring it in for an oil change they print up all the services that they provide if you check personally you'll discover they did not check half of what they documented to performing. I understand this will reflect on Jason Logue who's the only good part so far for that maintenance department.

Terrible Dealership
I purchased this Jeep Renegade from this dealership in December of 2017. 6 months after owning it it began jolting when switching gears. I brought it back to the dealership and dealt with Becky who is one of the worst people to talk to. I explained my issues and they dismissed them saying the could not duplicate the problem. Their approach is and always has been very condescending as they try and make you feel like you are stupid and don't know what your are talking about. They could absolutely care less about fixing your issues on a 6 month old vehicle. I then began taking the car to the Fitzgerald dealership in Clearwater that is better but not by much. All they would do is software upgrades but at least acknowledged the problems rather than dismissing them like these terrible employees. May of 2019 I was actually left stranded in a parking lot in Port Richey FL. The car turned on but the trunk wouldn't open, the car would not go in gear, the windshield wipers did not work, the windows, locks, radio all did not work. The car would not even turn off. It actually had to be flat bed towed while it was still running. I had it towed (see picture) to the Ferman dealership because it was it was nearest and was where I bought the car. Service advisor Becky and her awful condescending nature showed no sympathy for the situation and told me (at 3pm) that it was "too close" to 5pm so they wouldn't look at it today. She told me to leave and that I was responsible for finding my own way home. When I asked for a loaner car they told me no, they don't do that for customers. I asked for the manager and got an even bigger jerk Mike Hughes who again said he doesn't give loaners out. I guess the $30,000 i spent on this renegade wasn't enough. Becky called the next day and said the shifter came unplugged. I told her they were full of it as that would not cause all of those issues to happen but again told me I didn't know what I was talking about and the car was fine. Well it wasn't. It was worse and I took it to Fitzgerald where they said in 5 minutes they determined a shift module was going bad causing the transmission to fail. I explained what Ferman did/said and they told me they just unplugged the shifter to clear the codes and plugged it back in. Bill, the service advisor at Fitzgerald states he deals with customers coming in all the time that Ferman blows off. This dealership should be shut down. They willingly handed me the keys to a car they knew was broken. They have absolutely no integrity at all. Friends in the Port Richey and surrounding area I beg you to stay away from this dealership at all costs. Your loyalty means nothing to them, your hard earned money you spend on brand new vehicles means nothing to them. Mike, Becky and everyone at that dealership should not have a job and should never be in the customer service industry. The financial stress they have put on me and my family by not taking care of their customers and sending them away with a broken car they knew was broken and made the conscious choice not to fix has led us to purchase another brand of vehicle. FCA, LLC / Mike Manley, you need to shut these people down as soon as possible before their negligence kills a family.
