Fabulous service
Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided me updates on my car as needed. My car was fixed much quicker than expected which was a great surprise! When I picked up my car Steve greeted me with a smile and reviewed everything that was done to my car and made sure that all of my questions were addressed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car was very clean and looking beautiful! Thank you Steve, you’re amazing and I will be referring all of my friends and family to you and Feeman!

Above and beyond!
Took my Ram 2500 in for recalls (2) as well as a heater core issue. I had an extended warranty on the truck & the warranty center said the core wasn’t covered. Steve took the time to explain the issue to the warranty company and the repair was in fact covered. Thanks Steve for all of your help !!

Great Employees
I took my truck in for an code issue. Truck would not start but battery was checking ok. Since I was stranded, I just drove there once I got it started and told them to keep it until it could be resolved. The gentleman was very nice. I took the shuttle home and few hours later they called said it was a dead cell in the battery and that is why it should battery was good. They fixed it. Very nice dealership. I will be back.

lack of attention by techs
Service Techs failed to reset computer after oil change the last 2 times, have had to return. Steve is awesome but techs do not complete job.

Love Dodge
Very pleased with my experiences at Dodge. Just traded in a 2012 Charger for a 2019 Charger, that's how much I love this car. So I have been dealing with this dealership for 7 years and always bring my car here for service as I want Dodge professionals working on my car. I was overwhelmed with buying a new car again and should have asked Eric more questions when it came to optional packages as I somehow agreed to way more than I thought!! He did patiently review everything with me when I called.
