There are dealerships and then there is Ferman Dodge of Newport Richey. From the second Ken L meet us in the lot, to the conversation with Jason and Robert, to the signing of the paperwork with Scott, I felt like this was an experience and not just a sales quota. Ken was extremely knowledgable about the Jeep and all its features. However, what impressed my wife and I the most was his professional demeanor and approach to selling a vehicles. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no suggestions for "something else" one often gets a dealership. The whole team was helpful, courteous, and made us feel welcomed. I will only buy from them again. All other local dealerships could learn a thing from these folks.

Dodge Ram Rebel and Jeep JK service
I recently brought two vehicles in for service one is a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel and the other is a 2008 Jeep JK Unlimited. My service advisor Ronald "Jamie" Kissinge was great! I don't ask for much other than to be treated with a great attitude and customer service that you would expect from a big dealership. Jamie took care of our service on both vehicles and I highly recommend bringing your vehicles there and dealing with Jamie.

Got the vehicle I wanted, wouldn't budge from sticker price.
Tarek was very friendly and personable, and a great salesman. I would have liked a better deal on my vehicle, but it was a Challenger. Hard for him to make me one!
