Was in for a. Oil change with apt. Turnaround time was 100 per cent better than my last oil change, it took about 2 1/2 hrs with an apt.

Sam was the best sales advisor i had to deal with.

Sam was the best sales advisor i had to deal with. Easy going and very knowledgeable.. no pressure sales. She informed me about what my car needed to keep it maintained and on the road longer. I will go back as long as she's there

Talked to the used car salesman the evening about an hour

Talked to the used car salesman the evening about an hour before they close and told him we would be in the morning. I called the next morning to let him know I was on my over and he said oh the other salesman said he sold it. If this is the way the people work at register Chevrolet I am going to tell everyone I know.

Emmett, thank you for your review. We do not take deposits or hold vehicles for customers. The first person that commits to purchasing the vehicle, buys it. It happens too often that a customer states they are going to purchase a vehicle and they will come back later to complete the paper and we never see them again. The best policy is to sell the vehicle to the first person that pays for the vehicle. The people that purchased the vehicle in question came over from Clermont and did not arrive at the dealership until right before lunch. The buyers committed to buying the vehicle before you did.

I experienced honesty and integrity at the dealership.

I experienced honesty and integrity at the dealership. There was not a lot of inventory in the category that I was looking for, but my salesman pursued it further with management. He found a car for me that was reasonable and I loved the color. I was able to drive the car and honestly it was the best experience I have ever had leasing for the third time.
