Horrible
The service done to my car shows the lack of care Thai facility has for their work and customers vehicle. I had an engine replaced and it was given back to me with all the covers missing, the battery not put back completely (lose terminals) and was Told the repair didn?t need to be checked after replacement. So apparently company policy is to replace parts but not check the work after? Engine isn?t even shift well between gears and the supervisor response is they don?t have to check the the repair is good after.

Love my New Silverado 1500
Staff went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my new Silverado 1500 and had me in and out of the dealership and in my new car in less than 3 hours. Amazing!! Go see Marquis Oliver he made the whole process quick and painless.

The Colorado was advertised at $40,125.
The Colorado was advertised at $40,125. When U went to the dealership, they tried to jack the price up to $44,000 and change. I didn't like the way they misled by advertising one price but then actually offering a substantially higher price. After a few rounds of negotiations, we got back close to the original asking price. Of course they added on another $995.00 dealer fee. I hate getting jerked around by car dealerships.

Started the process over the phone. My first call and subsequent purchase was with Mo. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick with his responses. Once at the dealer the high level of customer service continued. Will be back for another purchase in the future.
