My first stop was at Eagle Buick and I had the opportunity to test drive a beautiful suv with Terry. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for but Terry was super patient with me as I did my research and looked at 5 other lots. I had a specific number in mind with a little extra wiggle room on my payment and he stuck with me as I tirelessly searched for a car that would fit my needs and wants. When he called me and said come in and look at a new trade in, I drove it around the parking lot in the rain and decided it was the one. Between Russ Baldner, Ronnie Elson and Terry Ellsworth they made this car buying experience great. I would recommend this dealership 100x over! Thank you Eagle Buick for a great car buying experience.

Rear door plunger on order since beginning of August.

Rear door plunger on order since beginning of August. Brakes growling at 4500 miles on odometer, advised pads were bad and will be available in November. Air conditioning keeps failing but can't diagnose unless it's not working when it comes in. Wasted service trip at price of gas because of unavailability of parts and intermittent system failure. Took a week to get the service appointment set to begin with.

I was on my way north to our home on Cape Cod from Stuart

I was on my way north to our home on Cape Cod from Stuart FL. Had sudden care trouble because of an error in servicing at Starling GMC. Lucky for me your service took my car in immediately & fixed the error to no cost to me! Thank you! I tried to get my 500.00 refunded from Starling but was turned down. So I paid good money for a bad service job at Starling! Thank you for fixing the problem!
