Very professional but personable. We were acknowledged immediately when we arrived. Alejandro rode with us on the test drive bringing the vehicle features to our attention without being intrusive. My husband has mobility issues and Alejandro was more than accommodating, making our visit pleasant. Alejandro is definitely an asset to any dealership he works at.
