Mullinax Ford of We Didn't fix it right the first time after charging me a large diag fee ... They replaced an EGR tube. The next day the engine light came back on.... Turns out it was not properly diagnosed by theit mechanic.... I called right away to let them know they check engine light had come back on I was told they would look at it when I brought it back in for the $1500 body mount job I had scheduled... Turns out it was the EGR cooler that needs to be replaced.... I had asked the service writer prior to this if I would be getting charged another diagnostic fee since it was not diagnosed correctly the first time and he said we will have to see.... I should have canceled the appointment at that time but I needed the truck fixed that's our only vehicle..... So the diagnosis was the exact same area it's all EGR related and they charged me again for another diagnosis fee when I came to pick it up. This is fraudulent behavior and just so wrong. I am canceling my appointment to do the 2700 EGR cooler and I will bring it to a diesel tech shop instead..... I cannot recommend this dealership at all I would give them zero stars for this type of behavior..... I just spent 2,000 and I was going to do the $2,700 EGR cooler with them.... So I hope they now enjoy the $150 second diagnosis fee they scammed out of me. Truly disgusting behavior and very shameful ... Thanks Nick Nicholas you showed me your true colors right away. I am going to share this story with every single person I can.... I am considering lettering the back of my tailgate to ask me about my experience with your dealership Just imagine all the people they did this to.... Old people poor people and people who just have no idea they were being scammed

From the time Kim and I began communicating, the interaction was excellent. I wasn't just a customer, we spoke as though we had been friends. She kept me up to date on the delivery of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Knowing I was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered, she suggested I look at and test drive the available vehicles if the same model even though the trim package was not the same. This was to "get a feel for what was coming". Kim gave her all throughout our interaction. She thinks of everything even the question you didn't know you had. I would strongly recommend Nick Nicholas Ford.
