Jon Gonyer was great

I bough a used Hyundai Elantra from Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge and it was a very pleasant experience. Jon Gonyer was the salesman who helped me with the purchase and I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting this dealership. Jon was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. Very good experience overall.

Excellent experience.

Usually my husband and I both hate buying cars. But it was actually a pleasant experience at Philips. Our sales rep was excellent and found us the vehicle we were looking for. We would definitely recommend Philips and would buy from there again!

Matthew Hurd is a grea...GREAT sales rep!

I think Matt was as excited as I was when I bought my dream car...a Charger Scatpack... in a distinct Orange Mango! He represents the Phillips dealership in the best way possible. He is courteous, outgoing and friendly, but he is not overbearing. And knowledgeable!! My goodness...he spent a good bit of time educating me about many of the operating mechanics of this car specifically.It was time well spent and I truly appreciate it. I will certainly refer my friends to Matthew Hurd at the Phillips dealership.

Knowledgeable, Courteous Salesman

Matthew Hurd was knowledgeable as to the features of the vehicle I had an interest in and exceptionally polite. He went over all of the equipment and instruments on the vehicle I purchased with me. He also took care of a few minor scratches and made sure I was satisfied in every respect before I left the dealership. I would recommend asking for Matthew when you visit Phillips Chrysler.

Spent 45K and STILL NO FLOOR MATS

The people are nice, but did the old send another guy to the table when asking for more on a very nice trade-in, Had a Mfg Rep there to also talk the deal in their favor. Got a very nice Hydro Blue Hemi, returned and sold as USED since it had transport damage, lets see when I start needing the Certified Warranty. BUT AFTER ASKING Multiple times, I have a super nice truck with NO FLOOR MATS, guess I had to spend 46K to get them to throw in some original mats that actually LOCK IN to the TABS MADE FOR THEM. Just cheesy if you ask me.

Outstanding service

Tia got me into dealership through internet was meeting with Perez. But was busy with other customers at the time I arrived do he asked Chris to help me. Through the process and getting some minor issues resolved. Kevin was awesome in the finance department.

It’s the third car I’ve purchased and they have been great e

I’ve purchased 3 cars and every time they have been patient and very helpful. They took the time to find exactly what my wife and I have been looking for . I recommend to anyone wanting top service and some of the best salesmen and managers to go see them.

Dave is great!!! Dealership finally got it right. Great Job!

I have dealt with this dealership 8 times in the past 3 years and ended up purchasing elsewhere each time. Some of the employees blamed ownership for incapacity to close my deals (i am not an easy sell). I am currently in the process of purchasing a left-over 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Jeep overproduced so many of these that dealers are literally begging people to take them as we are about to hit "MARCH"!!! I also have a pending lawsuit with Chrysler (inability to supply replacement warping/ungluing door panels under warranty on my 2016 Hellcats) so they have supplied me with an incentive code that discounts the vehicle by an additional 5% over/above any other discounts. Dave (sales professional) has been "GREAT"!!!!!!!!!! Kept it simple by taking my requests to the management team (Dale Coleman) and even disputing certain info. to make sure they understood what it would take to make this deal happen. Going to dealer this evening to finalize. If i don't UPDATE this review with anything negative, then everything went smoothly and this dealership has earned my business in a professional manner. Dave and Dale are definitely on the same page and will be the team to put the additional needed 25 deals on the board each month!!!!!!!!!! I will be sending a copy of this review to company headquarters upon closing this deal tonight. GREAT JOB!!!! UPDATE - 02/27 - everything worked out perfect. Things have definitely changed at this dealership and is now definitely recommendable!!
