Everything was great. Had to have a recall repair, they said the wait would be about an hour.The work was done and I was out in less than 1/2 hour. Can’t get any better than that! 😊

Eric went above and beyond. We are quite far from Daytona Kia and Eric made sure we never stepped foot in the dealership. Not only did he bring us our car and paperwork, but he made a second trip the same day to bring us back paperwork that was missed the first trip.

I brought vehicle in for oil change and some warranty...
I brought vehicle in for oil change and some warranty work. Although I have 3 years of free oil changes I only have 5700 miles on the vehicle after one year and bought with 3900 miles. I requested full synthetic and the service writer indicated I could pay difference between the semi synthetic and full synthetic . He said semi synthetic would give me an allowance of $22 so difference was $59 which I agreed to pay even though I had told him vehicle only used on weekend and would not be putting many miles on it couldn't they allow me some more of an allowance. They couldn't. Also work order said I requested tire rotation which they did and charged $10 . I never requested tire rotation. I had tires rotated day before at Boulevard tires where my company has corporate account. Now I have to take back and once again get rotated. I asked about $10 fee .Service writer indicated you don't really pay for it because it is part of free oil change program. Not really sure about that. Brought in also for non functioning ISG issue. Although they tried to correct even with factory support issue still persists so will need to reschedule again.

This dealer continues to provide excellent service for my KIA Sorento. I had a four wheel alignment performed. Auto drive dead straight. Its great. While I was there, my advisor Chris Veniga advised me of a new KIA recall on the ABS system. Service people checked my ABS, everything was fine. This is a good Dealer to work with. That's why I will stay with them. Bill W.
