The service was great! As soon as I arrived, a lady from your Service Department came out to check whether or not I had an appointment. I was immediately directed to go in and see your Representative, who was friendly and professional. This individual took the mileage on my car, familiarized me with the paperwork, as well as offered to have my car washed upon leaving After the work was completed, I left having felt confident that my car was in top-notch condition.

The young man who greeted me at my car when I brought it...

The young man who greeted me at my car when I brought it in for service was informative, kind, and took the time to explain all questions I had regarding the performance of my Kia Soul. With the exception of one customer, everyone was wearing masks. I felt pretty safe and comfortable while waiting.

Went in for my free oil change and it took 2 hours but they do offer you a ride to anywhere you want while you wait so it’s not too bad, just make sure you have plenty of time.

My experience with Daytona Kia was very good. They...

My experience with Daytona Kia was very good. They diagnosed the problem correctly as a wheel bearing problem and fixed my car properly. Customer service was very good although maybe a little slow they are detailed courteous and do the job correctly. I would of liked to have seen a working vending machine. Or maybe some complementary food as other dealers have but I don't go to car dealers to eat so I won't use that against them.
