Almost a great experience
This is a beautiful dealership and they have very good pre-owned and certified cars. They are very friendly and accommodating, especially my primary salesman. The main problem is their intense efforts at upselling; everything from trying to add extras like coatings to the car to further extended warranty and pre-paid service deals. It took an unacceptably long time with the finance/paperwork guy trying to decline all of the upselling efforts. My other constructive criticism is that I bought a certified pre-owned car and it was not really clean and detailed. My trade-in was scrupulously clean and detailed, much cleaner that their CPO car. I have spent time on the new car cleaning the wheels, shampooing the carpet, treating the leather and wood. It seems to me that should have been done by the dealership/Audi.

deceitful salesman
Like they say buyer beware. This is one of the smoothest slickest dealerships I have been in a long time. I would stay clear of this dealership if I were you. Don't make the mistake I did but trusting anyone there. Was told after I signed papers that the did not have a spare key and also was not told about a dent in the rear of the cab on the truck I purchased. Called dealership to resolve and was told by Belinda McMahan that's to bad as we did not promise you anything. Sales person Sam Caspers was just as slick not telling me they did not have they spare key for the truck until after I signed the papers.

Josue was a great salesman. Finance guy grew standoffish when I wouldn't buy the extended warranty. Other than that, a great buying experience. Would definitely recommend to others.

Exceptional Facility, Staff and Product / Vehicles
The service prior to and post acquiring my new 2019 SQ5 was impeccable. Matthew Zier, Sales Lead was informative and did not pressure the sale of the car but rather focused on what we desired (to include color, accessories and bottom line cost). From my perspective, it's extremely important how the dealership staff treats you post sale. As a matter of fact, it's as equally or sometimes more important than the way they treat pre-sale. Audi Dominion service from the General Manager to the Sales Team and Technologist has been exceptional. This is a big deal, as I don't usually write reviews.

Great new car buying experience.
I found a great special on a new Audi A6 on the website. I fully expected a different/higher price when I went to the dealership, but was pleasantly surprised with the offer. The customer service was outstanding and the new facilities are top notch. I highly recommend this Audi dealership for anyone in the new or used car market.
