I have been doing Business With Cavender Audi for 4 Yars now! The sales I had work no longer with company. Before that sales person The company he introduced... me to David De La Cruz. When I met David De La Cruz last year he was new to sales and to Cavender Audi??? He was amazing and went above and beyond! The last two interactions I had with David.were absolutely horrifying. The last time I met with David he he treated me with no respect what so ever.I drove Over a hour away just to meet with and he pass me to another sales person. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes in the show room for him to come down from upstairs then to be passed off to someone I didn???t even know??? He was not busy and didn???t have another appointment he told me this other person would help me. He then walked off and started laughing with a group of salesman they were in training not even paying any attention to me. We had a truly great experience visiting Audi Dealership. The Sales person and the Sales manager were very accessible negotiating the price of our New... Q7. After making the deal, the person in financing was very helpful in explaining every detail.

Audi Dominion is awesome. From their new service and sales facility to their staff. However, their best asset is Mojda Abdulrashid! She is the consummate... professional, making sure every i is dotted and T crossed in relation to the health of my A7 and what we need to do to keep it purring. She has been there at Cavender Audi (at old location and now here) for years and bends over backwards to help in any way she can. I TRUST her opinion. That is unheard of with every other vehicle I have owned. If you get an Audi in San Antonio, go see Mojda!

The experience we have had has really made owning and driving a Q7 very comfortable and relaxed knowing that Audi Dominion with staff like Mojda Abdulrashid... will be there if and when you have any need to reach them. She has been both very professional and courteous.
If I could I would rate it a zero!!!!Absolutely horrible service by Felipe and his manager William. They left us at the table saying Will was going to... go ask "the boss" if they could agree on the price-we were at a difference of $500 at this point.Within seconds of leaving us Felipe returns and says he needs the NADA papers that he left at our table. He then shakes our hands and says that "it was a pleasure doing business with us", takes the papers and leaves. He even said to us earlier that he provides the customer service but the final numbers are crunched by his manager and us. So we thought, he had done his part and was excusing himself. we waited for Will to come back. We were left waiting FOR AN HOUR sitting there. I walked in front of them at least 3 times, we peaked and looked up from the cubicle and made eye contact with them many times. At no point did Felipe come and say"what more can we do", or why are you still sitting here, or have you changed your mind. Why wouldn't he come and ask if he could facilitate things further. When we finally asked what was taking so long, they said "Felipe had told us there was no deal and we thought you were just talking and hanging out." It was 8:15 pm by this time. We got there at 5:30!My husband and I were NEVER told that we had no deal, never did he say please talk it over and let us know if you change your mind. We both are physicians and feel that we are intelligent enough to hear the message clearly of "no deal" and leave. We could find better places to talk and hang out. As the minutes were ticking we are thinking someone will communicate with us.( Now I know why the other staff members were giving us weird looks like "why are you still here". )I feel so humiliated. We were their "entertainment " for the evening. Felipe and Will and Milad They all were in on it. When we addressed it with them as to why they left us hanging for so long, would not check on us/approach us- even out of curiosity as to what was keeping us there, Felipe kept insisting that he had communicated that there was no deal. It is his word against ours. I am not upset at all that we did not walk out with a car. It is how they treated us that gets me. I do not know what to do but to vent here. I wish I could reach to the Cavendars. They are being represented by some very unprofessional people !
Magda has helped me with previous services and has been the best example of someone who cares not only about the car but most importantly the customer.... She is always accomodating and the frequent updates are so helpful. I will continue to seek her out every time I need service!!! Everyone else who works there is also fantastic, friendly and definitely not the steriotypical pushy car salesman
