Short Story: When I sat down to discuss pricing the sales guys got weirdly condescending and pushy. Promised that they would provide a porter to take back... the rental car I was in and waited until after I’d signed for the car to tell me that no one was available and that they were unwilling to make accommodations. Forced me to come and pick up the car myself (Over two hours of wasted time). Extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this dealership. Long story: Had a driver run a red light and total my car a couple weeks ago – an Audi – and I was in the market for another one. I’d bought my first Audi in Dallas and had an exceptional customer service experience. Things started off well when I was introduced to the salesman (Brand Specialist) Steven Abel. Drove two models, enjoyed the experience, enjoyed talking with him, was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles, etc. Things went south when a team lead, Christopher Diaz, got involved in the price negotiation. They tried to upsell me on a vehicle that I had explicitly said I only wanted to look at, and when it didn’t work became very condescending and pushy about getting the sale done. Their attitude caused me to look elsewhere for any form of warranty. The cherry on top was that before we shook hands on the deal, they had promised to return my rental vehicle for me (as I lived a little over an hour away). They waited until after I’d signed all the documents to tell me that no one was available. Protesting that I would be in Austin at a charity event with my wife the next morning and wouldn’t have time to get the vehicle I got met with a response that amounted to, “Oh well, that sucks.” So, I got to spend Sunday, Sept. 15th, driving up to Austin, then all the way back to Audi dominion, then back home to San Marcos. This was an awful, unprofessional experience, and was night and day to the service I received in Dallas. I would not recommend Audi Dominion or any of the Cavender locations selling Audis; drive or fly to Austin or Dallas and enjoy a better customer service experience.
I have received nothing but excellent customer service from Calendar Audi. Patrick, Mario and Fernando Davila helped me with my purchase. Outstanding customer... service. I will definitely go back again. They helped me make sure car I got is what I needed and in my budget. Thank you Patrick for following up with me next day also.
My car needed an oil change so I called and made an appointment for 10:15 the next day. I arrived on time and said I would wait while the work was done... expecting that an oil change would take less than 45 minutes. I waited for over three hours....I can't imagine how long I would have waited if I didn't have an appointment for service. I could have driven across town to the other Audi dealership and had my oil changed and driven back in way less than three hours. Even though Dominion Audi is just a few blocks from our home....I will not be back.

After traveling from the DFW area for military duty at Ft Sam Houston, my vehicle experienced a failed water pump. Marcus and the team was very helpful.... I felt very relieved. During my stay in San Antonio, I will try to return to get the other repairs completed. Thank you Audi Diminion!!!
This is a beautiful dealership and they have very good pre-owned and certified cars. They are very friendly and accommodating, especially my primary salesman.... The main problem is their intense efforts at upselling; everything from trying to add extras like coatings to the car to further extended warranty and pre-paid service deals. It took an unacceptably long time with the finance/paperwork guy trying to decline all of the upselling efforts. My other constructive criticism is that I bought a certified pre-owned car and it was not really clean and detailed. My trade-in was scrupulously clean and detailed, much cleaner that their CPO car. I have spent time on the new car cleaning the wheels, shampooing the carpet, treating the leather and wood. It seems to me that should have been done by the dealership/Audi.
I bought a Audi Q5 from this dealership , I expected service like BMW or GUNN Honda but had a very bad experience with Audi dominion , they are trying... to sell their products than providing more information . No motive of customer satisfying customer needs . One of the worst experience I ever had with a dealer
