Mistreatment.

Mistreatment. Disrespectful. Unorganized. Total lack of empathy. The manager Kyle needs to go to school to relearn what customer service actually is and how to provide it to Audi customers.

Brought my car for a simple oil change, Brandy service

Brought my car for a simple oil change, Brandy service advisor assured me my car would be done in the morning before 1000 due to my Husbands major surgery. Went to pick my car up and was brought the car out and I left, miles away I noticed the " Wrench" light was still on. Went back and Brandy said it will take 5 minutes. Almost 30 plus minutes I asked where is my car, Brandy told me the machine isn't working. In other words she let me leave knowingly the code was not cleared. "Things happen" she said, I demanded my car back ASAP due to now being there almost 45 minutes, I received my car back and practically almost missed dropping my Hisband off at the hospital. Than Lillian. Mgr, had the nerve to call me 1 WEEK LATER after she saw I wrote a negative review, she never called me back from the vm I left a week prior to, she was only interested with the poor review NOT MY DISSATISFIED VM I left a week ago. STAY AWAY FROM AUDI DOMINION!! This place has incompetent service techs, service advisors and Management that are ONLY CONCERNED WITH Reviews !!!!!! Lillian/Brandy and the incompetent service kid that tried to get away with me not noticing the code was still there need to be fired!!!!!!! Zero star dealer.

This Audi dealership tried to use bait and switch on a

This Audi dealership tried to use bait and switch on a CPO Audi A5 that I was interested in. I saw the posting and offered full price for the car, after they took my information they then increased the price by $2000 and told me it was because the car was experiencing high interest. 2 week later the car remains unsold and they keep sending me emails asking if I'm still interested. Torrey and his manager were less than honest to work with in my opinion. While this may be a good place for some, I think it's only fair to let others know of the bait and switch tactics, followed by high pressure to sell the car.

Hace unos días atrás estuve con Audi dominion y compré una camioneta y estoy muy feliz con mi compra por que mi vendedor busco lo mejor para mi su nombre es Alberto Pasquel , y lo recomiendo bastante , su ayuda fue en español y me sentí muy cómoda con todas mis preguntas el me resolvió todo dejando todo muy bien explicado , muchas gracias 🙏 Alberto

"0" Integrity, do not waste your time here

This dealership has "0" integrity. I brought my vehicle in to trade & they offered $12K under KBB trade-in. After discussing with team lead Bruce Beriji the offer was increased by $8k but still $4K below KBB. The salesman I had been communicating with, Robert Mcquinn had written me stating the dealership would be offering "top dollar" for my vehicle. When I arrived, they requested they keys so they could appraise - after waiting an 1 & 1/12 hour they never even started or drove the car-yet offered $12K under KBB? This place lacks integrity-do not waste your time here.

Crooks

BEWARE of Navid Montazeri in finance. He wont give you the apr your are approved for unless you ask. he will try to sell you everything and wont take no for an answer. Cops an attitude once he realizes you arent going to fall foor his pushy sales tactics. Also the Sales manager Tony is a crook as well. We agreed if i purchased the car we would powdercoat my wheels at sealer cost. I purchased the car took it back and tony told me it would be 1k. I declined. I ended up getting a hold of the powder coater and he told me he never charges them mor e than $500. slime ball even after I gave them my business.

Used Car Purchase Review

If I could give this business 0 stars I would opt for that but we’ll have to go with one star as far as this website is concerned. When I went into Audi I had just had an accident where my tire blew out on the highway and the car was totaled. So I went to a dealership I felt was trustworthy and that would give me peace of mind with my purchase. I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership at the very end of June and the car ended up having major issues and needed a brand new transmission after 3 weeks of purchase. Despite countless attempts to contact management, I received no calls from the managers whatsoever, while the sales agent (Christian) and financial advisor (Claudio) were the only ones who would get back to me. If I had not purchased the extended warranty at the time of purchase I would been completely screwed as Audi did not offer any loaner cars or even attempt to address any issues. In fact I was told to figure out with the warranty where to take the car for repairs (not there because their wait time for an appointment was about 3 weeks) and then figure out if it would be covered after. I ended up having to pay for rental cars ($1200- which is more than my car note that I’ve still been responsible for) while mine has been in the shop since 7/20 and has yet to be fixed. How in the world does it make sense to buy a car for it to sit in a shop and then have to pay to use a rental vehicle? The way management handled this was of utmost disappointment and I would sincerely recommend purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. I was misguided into thinking the Audi experience meant having my vehicle and I, as a customer, being taken care of but it has been far from that.

Horrible experience with finance

Sales was great. Finance person was what you picture when you think of a sleazy car dealer. Sold a 'service contract' without revealing the price just pitched as your monthly payment will be $xxx. Next day pulled up the paperwork on the thumb drive provided to realize that the contract was $7k!!! Went in person to cancel the contract and was treated so rudely by this man - it must be how they get their commissions. I filled out the paperwork to cancel which was promised would go through in 6-8 weeks. Contacted Audi 6/7/22 as the refund still hasn't happened only to find out the dealer never processed the form. Now I have to start over again. I have such a sour taste that I will be selling this car as soon as this is processed and taking the likely $8k depreciation as a direct hit to my wallet. Never buying an Audi again and it is a shame as I do love their vehicles.

Audi Dominion in San Antonio is THE BEST! I flew from AZ to San Antonio, specifically because Audi Dominion offered the most extensive selection of used Audi's in the country. Ariel spent the entire day with me, and expertly explained the nuanced in-and-out's of every model I test drove. Roland and Rick made it all come together by arranging very attractive pricing and hassle-free delivery to AZ. I've been driving my 2020 SQ5 for a month now, and literally 'tingle' every time the engine roars to live (no EVs for me :-)). THANK YOU Audi Dominion!!! Satisfied in Scottsdale
