Audi Dominion is THE best there is!!!
Audi Dominion in San Antonio is THE BEST! I flew from AZ to San Antonio, specifically because Audi Dominion offered the most extensive selection of used Audi's in the country. Ariel spent the entire day with me, and expertly explained the nuanced in-and-out's of every model I test drove. Roland and Rick made it all come together by arranging very attractive pricing and hassle-free delivery to AZ. I've been driving my 2020 SQ5 for a month now, and literally 'tingle' every time the engine roars to live (no EVs for me :-)). THANK YOU Audi Dominion!!! Satisfied in Scottsdale

Horrible Communication
I've purchased 2 vehicles through this dealership since 2013. Their service department has continually gone down hill and my last service was the last straw. This last visit I came in with a small oil leak. I would be paying cash for the repair as my warranty had just ran out. After the evaluation and ordering the parts they let me take my vehicle back until the parts came in. I explained to my service rep that I would need a loaner vehicle because I work long hours, have very little time off and need to run errands when I am off. My service rep promised me a vehicle and scheduled my drop-off for a time when I would be able to get a loaner. Brought my vehicle in and dropped it off. I was told it would be finished that afternoon or definitely by the morning. So I went to get my loaner vehicle and they didn't have one. They contacted Enterprise and they didn't have a car available either. This is the second time this has happened to me! Anyways, I told them this was unacceptable and that I was promised a vehicle and I wasn't leaving without one...so I waited until they figured it out and gave me a vehicle off the lot. And the communication was non-existent with my service adviser. I called around 4pm that day to get an update on my vehicle and left a message with my adviser....who never called back. I called again the following day around 10am (was promised the vehicle back by the morning), left another message with my adviser with no return call. I called again in the afternoon and left another message. So then I just called services and spoke to whatever adviser answered the phone. After about a 10 minute hold on the phone I was told my adviser was off that day and that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. So, my adviser did not inform me he would be off the following day and give me an another point of contact, he never returned my phone call from the afternoon I dropped it off and he was working and he never passed the information about my vehicle to another adviser. Absolutely unprofessional service if you ask me! This is not the first time I've had communication issues with the service department, it seems to be an ongoing trend with them. Also, promised a loaner vehicle on two different occasions which they did not have available, this is unacceptable for a dealership of their "caliber"! Fortunately for me Audi North Park is 6 miles closer! They will now get my business for servicing my vehicle and when it comes time for me to purchase a new Audi, they will get that business too.

Go elsewhere for non-warranty service
Never ever have service done here if your car is out of warranty. My Q7 with 77k miles needed the oil breather valve replaced for the 2nd time in 3 years. This is a $270 part that requires super charger removal to replace. Total bill $2,560. They screwed up and gave me the detailed itemized invoice they send Audi - $1,243, parts and labor. Audi Dominion has a $1,317 unexplainable mark up to install a $270 part. For what was really $2,000 in labor charges Audi Dominion was able to finish my car in a day with 1 tech. Miracles do happen. To make me feel better the service manager told me that if I'd gone to another repair shop and had the work done for $1,200, they would not have used genuine Audi parts. You mean the $270 genuine Audi part that failed in 30k miles and cost me $2,500?! Stay away from this dealership unless your car is under warranty. I had a similar issue with them last year with a $3500 air suspension repair. Same genuine Audi part failed twice in a short period if time, but outside the 12 month warranty. Good thing I didn't see the Audi Dominion mark up on that one!

150 Days No Tag or Title
NO TAG OR TITLE AFTER 150 DAYS!! I don't know where to start on the unprofessionalism of this dealership and these three men Corey Silver, Josh Hoffart, Brandon Brock I guess we should go back to August 17th when I boarded a plane and flew to San Antonio to purchase a vehicle. I walked into the dealership with my eyes set on a Jaguar F-Pace. Of course, they told me on the phone before I got on the plane they still had it for sale for $28,000 but when I got to the dealership they told me they had sold that one. They then showed me multiple others that were around 33k-42k. I then told them I was going to go purchase another Jaguar down the street at Rick Cavender Toyota for 28k Listed online. (Cavender Toyota their sister dealership.) The manager walked away and came back and told me he had just called that dealership and they sold theirs as well. I then walked outside and called the dealership to see if they actually did sell it and they put me on hold then asked me my name which I thought was strange I told them then they said they had sold it that morning. I hung up and had my friend call them from a local texas number and they told him it was still for sale he could come test drive it now. This is all besides the point and a typical sales tactic but I am opening with this to show you the start of the lies and deception from the management of this dealership. I decided to stay at this dealership after the manager chased me out the door because I had ordered an uber and walked out. After 1 hour of negotiations, I ended up buying a 2019 Jaguar F-pace fully loaded. for $42k August 17 (Purchase Date) Let's fast forward 3 weeks. (September) I contacted the dealership as I have not received my tag/title. They told me to wait another week or so and it should arrive. I let three weeks go by (October) I contact the dealership they said they would find out what's wrong and get back in touch with me. I finally get a call in November. They reach out and tell me that National DMV(Third Party) is needing a VIN inspection. I then asked them "okay what does that mean?" What do I need to do? They said they would get back to me and let me know. Another 2 weeks go by I get really mad. I call the dealership and demanded an immediate response. They then told me that "They had been trying to get into contact with me to go get a VIN inspection" Which I was waiting to hear back from them. Which was a complete lie. (No emails or voice mails left?) I was at the airport checking in heading to Mexico. I checked my bags drove down the street and got a VIN inspection and drove back to the airport and sent a photo of the VIN inspection to AUDI DOM. They then contacted me and said "oh wait we need the physical copy." So I called a buddy of mine he went and got the VIN Inspection out of my car at the airport and overnighted it that night to Audi. I am telling you this because finally 3 months later they asked me to do one thing and I did it within minutes for them. November 23 Brandon Brock at Audi gets the Vin inspection. Mid December Weeks go by. Thinking all is in the clear. I will have my tag any second. I contact the dealership they say they're not sure why I don't have it. That they will reach back out to me and let me know. End of December. I call the dealership and go crazy on them. I demand to talk to the dealership owner Rick Cavender. The next day I receive a personal phone call from Rick who is completely embarrassed by the events that led up to this. He tells me he will put Josh Hoffart the GM on this right away to get me my tag ASAP. Today is January 11th, 147 Days since the purchase of my vehicle from Audi Dominion. I have yet to receive my tag and title for the car. This dealership is an embarrassment to Rick Cavender and his name. Rick was the nicest guy in the world I can't believe he has employees like this that work for him. I would never in a million years step a foot into this dealership again.

Leadership has terrible attitude
I was shopping for a Q3 and found one at this dealership that met spec requirements but was above targeted price point, the dealership blew me up with calls and voicemails for weeks to follow. When the price point dropped, I asked for disclosures of the vehicle and asked if there were cosmetic damages. I was told there weren’t any. Yesterday I processed all financing remotely and today my dad and I drove 3 hours from Houston to hand over the check and grab the car only to show up and find that car had paints chips EVERYWHERE, dents on the side door, and adhesive marks on the interior. Still with the mindset to make it work I asked the dealership manager, Mario, to do touch up on it to make it ready for me. Mario had a poor attitude and told me I could get it fixed myself upon purchasing it. I asked to speak to the dealership director, Malad came out and spoke with an even worse attitude than Mario did. Clearly the xxxx culture is spread from top down “leadership!” I walked out of the dealership and drove back to Houston with my dad. A $36k sale was lost by Audi Dominion today because their employees can’t get this xxxx together or provide even decent customer service to new customers, feel sorry for the existing ones.

They gotta improve they way they do business
They got great prices, but they aren't like other San Antonio dealership that can work on/start the process /contract without actually seeing your trade in person. Im from South Texas 4 1/2 miles away, I cannot just my trade in it so they can give some #s. Other places just ask for pics and videos of vehicle . Not even due to the pandemic

Severely Disappointed
Issues with service 3 out of the 4 times I've been there. This last time, I took my vehicle in for the 40k maintenance and they missed a coolant leak. I noticed my oil level was low despite me just picking it up from them. I was told to bring it back for them to look at it. Super inconvenient. They did bring me a loaner after I complained, however told me nothing was wrong. I took it in for a second opinion to Audi North Park and they found a leak that looked like it had been there for some time. Total negligence from Audi Dominion. DO not trust them with your car. They do not exhibit Luxury Car Dealership behavior and Audi USA should not have them represent their cars.

Great dealership!
I had a great experience buying a car here! The facilities were so nice while I was waiting (coffee, snacks, water) and I was not pushed into buying a car. My dealer (Roberto) was so nice and patient with my decision. I recommend this place!

Everyone was friendly, professional, and followed all safety and social distancing guidelines. They made a stressful process in an uncomfortable time very rewarding. I have found a dealership with whom to build a relationship.
