Our sales associate Donovan was very helpful efficient and precise. The process didn't take as long as I thought it would. I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and with the overall process.

Repairs were performed properly and in a reasonable amount of time. My service advisor, Victor was knowledgeable and did a great job.

It took very long, almost 2 hrs, for a simple oil change.

It took very long, almost 2 hrs, for a simple oil change. The waiting room only had a cappuccino machine and some bottled water during the wait. No snack bars, no chips, no cookies, no sodas. The only positives were the 2 TV's and free WiFi for me to kill 2 hrs of time.

Great experience.

Great experience. From my 1st phone call(which most dealers all they want is to get u to come in and give u very little info) this dealership answered all my questions and actually called me back with info that I asked for. NEVER any pressure to just come in and we will answer questions. This was a HUGH plus for me, it gave me a lot of trust in them.

Great overall experience as in past purchases. Our salesman, Mohamed Alarda was very helpful and thorough with our purchase and has been following up with us to see if with have any questions. He truly is a great asset to Red Mcombs and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. My wife loves the Palisade we purchased and is very happy.

Customer service is amazing here! Linda, our advisor, was very courteous and prompt. Eric, the technician and head foreman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend the Red McCombs Hyundai team!

My visit and purchase was the best I have ever experience

My visit and purchase was the best I have ever experience at a car dealer. From the time that I called them on Sat morning everything went very smooth. All and I do mean the people I had contact with were great. Nate was our salesman and he did a fabulous job for us. And when we went to finance with Rex he did an outstanding job explaining everything to us,he made things as painless(lol) as possible. I would highly recommend Red McCombs on loop 410 if you want to experience a non rush or pushy people this is the place to ho. I am sure all thier salesman are great but zi highly recommend you ask for Nate. Thanks again Red McCombs on loop 410 for a great buying experience. A. Andreolli
