I was worried about visiting the dealership's service center since the reviews were mixed, and I'm glad I went. The reception area was clean and comfortable, the associates were respectful and friendly, and everything was covered under the warranty (my primary concern).

Overall experience was great from the time I pulled in to check in to when I left. The only thing that bothered me was that Hyundai and Red McComb Hyundai did not have the service history for my vehicle. The app referenced that they would for what was done at a dealership. I also thought it was odd that even two different McCombs Hyundai dealerships did not communicate with each other.

Had a small oil leak after my recent oil change.
Had a small oil leak after my recent oil change. I called and they suggested I bring it in the next day. My service agent Victor stated it would not take long. True to his word, they replaced the filter gasket and had me on my way in no time (no charge of course)!

Marcus was friendly, financing staff weren’t very
Marcus was friendly, financing staff weren’t very concerned with getting me a good deal. I gave up $3k on my trade-in for the convenience of not going to multiple dealerships & I got a crappy deal on the interest rate & they were more concerned with “losing $3k on their end” to get the monthly rate even remotely close to my price point & said overly pushy one-liners like “you could refinance a year from now & get better rates so why wait when you could get into the vehicle today?” after I mentioned concerns with the government shutdown & affordable payments. The dealer was good but finance left me with a bad taste in my mouth for sure.
