Great dealership. Selected a car online, sent photos of my trade, got a great price without any hassle. They returned my emails promptly and gave me their best price, without having to ask! Salesman and Finance were very friendly and professional.

First time BMW owner

My experience at BMW of San Antonio has been a welcomed and warm one. Mr. Jerry Aguilera and Ms. Susie De La Fuente are among the most professional and patient sales/client advisors that I have dealt with. All questions and concerns are responded with a client's complete understanding. Their no pressure sales tact and commitment to acquire exactly what I requested is what I received and appreciated. It is certain that I will shop here again! 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!

TERRIBLE WORSE EXPERIENCE

I was working with Ben Nackin. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. When I asked about the loan I was approved for , there was no follow through on my questions. He couldn’t provide the interest rate, Term, Bank Name, or the amount being financed. Also, when I went back to check the inventory the same day I went in person to see the vehicle, the car was taken off without completing our deal. Mind you we were at the dealership that same day, ran credit, and all paperwork. It was very poor customer service, no follow up, and misled me to think I was going to successfully buy a car through this dealership. It led my to buy my BMW else where. After expressing my experience to their customer experience team, they did not reply with any action or question or clarification of the situation. Salesmen act as though it’s a “boys club”. They are arrogant, will lounge around and ignore you, and won’t blink twice at you if you don’t look like you have money. *****Very DISCRIMINATING when it comes to race, age, appearance, and ethnicity. The only pleasant thing about this place is their receptionists.********* ****AVOID THIS PLACE******

Didn’t acknowledge our existence!

We visited this dealership as I am considering which vehicle I would like to purchase. We walked into the showroom where there were numerous associates, I would say 10-15. Some were busy, most were not... we proceeded to look at a few vehicles on the showroom floor for about 15 minutes still with not 1 word from anyone (not even a hello)....I understand when all employees are busy but this wasn’t the case. I guess this BMW dealership is doing fine and doesn’t need to talk to customers or make any sales. I will proceed to look at other brands as this experience turned me off of BMW completely if that’s how they treat their customers. In reading some of the other reviews, it now makes sense, that’s how they conduct business, this is disappointing. Normally I don’t take time to do reviews but I was disgusted as I am in sales and this would never be acceptable. You won’t see me pulling into that parking lot again....

Painless and Easy

BMW of San Antonio made buying a used vehicle painless and easy. I was an out of town buyer and they went above and beyond to accomodate me. We negotiated a deal over the phone before I visited the dealership. BMW of San Antonio picked me up from the airport and even transported to the bank to get a cashier’s check when my bank wouldn’t let me use a debit card for the purchase. I worked with Kirk who was helpful, professional, and transparent. He knew all the answers to my questions. Highly recommend this dealership.
