Service Advisor, Gilbert Vasquez has been outstanding across the board with every one of my visits. Unfortunately, I cannot state the same for the BMW Technicians' knowledge, workmanship and ability to resolve concerns I've had with my vehicle.

Lauren, my service advisor at Principle’s BMW in San Antonio was amazing. She knew I was driving 45 minutes to drop off my car so she made sure my loaner vehicle was waiting for me. She has been amazing and made the process as simple as possible. I’ve gone to other dealerships and it’s a nightmare trying to get your car service and have a loaner vehicle available for me. I would highly recommend anyone that needs their BMW service to visit this dealership.

Broke my vehicle in for service Lauren was amazing she explained everything and went out of her way to have a vehicle ready for me when I arrived. I had been going to a different dealership and had an awful experience.

Quick and efficient.
Quick and efficient. Gabby was friendly kept me informed during the repair process. Facility is clean and very customer friendly. Loaner vehicle procezs was excellent.

Worst experience.
Worst experience. Did not believe me that there were real issues with the vehicle. Dismissive and questioned whether I was being honest. Just told me to take pictures when trunk randomly opened. Gave me a loaner and last minute sent text stating I had 12 hours to return car which meant if not before midnight needed to be returned by the next couple of hours or I’d be charged over 100 dollars. The loaner was defective and their only concern was when I’d return it and not if I was safe. I’ve learned my lesson. I’m going back to buying Mercedes.
