Outstanding Purchase Experience
My recent purchase experience from BMW of SA was quite amazing. I am extremely happy with my 328i. Great experience
We went in 'just to look' and ended up with a 2016 X5. Frank was a great salesman who didn't pressure us at all. He answered all of our questions and even told us about USAA's price guarantee. He has been very good about answering our questions since our purchase as well.

Great Service
We were pleasantly surprised with the service at BMW SA. We had been told by friends that the service was not good and should consider other cars/dealerships. We gave the SA dealer a chance and were assisted by Jenny De Hoyos. Jenny was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. She was quick to find what we were looking for and ensured we had all the information we needed to make our decision. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a BMW.

By far the best sevice and top notch expertise of knowledge and knowing of his job is what i got when i met Jose Rodriguez at BMW Airport San Antonio.... He made me feel like i was a real person and not just a number or person he was going to try and upsale just like the big dealership salespeople do. i will continue go to him as he made the choice that i made by going there instead of the dealership i purchased at a great move on my part.... If you need a real down to earth know it all but very understanding Service Advisor then Jose is the guy for you, i know he will be my guy from here on out... NUMBER 1 BUYING EXPERIENCE
Having purchased quite a few vehicles over my life, I have to say this experience exceeded every expectation. Within 30 minutes of the time I emailed the dealership,inquiring about a car that had been advertised, I was sent an email back, plus received a personal call from Joshua Green, sales consultant. I set up a time later in the day to view the vehicle and was promptly met at the door by Joshua with the car I was inquiring about having already been moved up front as well. He took me on a test drive and went over all details of the vehicle plus took the time to view several other vehicles I was interested in. Unlike a lot of other dealerships, their pricing was straight forward without a bunch of hidden cost which added to the enjoyment of the entire experience. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle, but want to give a big thank you to Joshua Green, Taylor (sales manager) and Linda Smith (finance manager) and the shop crew that cleaned and serviced the vehicle, for making the entire experience seamless.

awesome sales staff, great selection
In my 30 years of buying cars, this had to be one of the best, if not the best buying experience ever. A big thanks to Joshua Green, sales consultant, walking me thru the options and knowledge of the vehicle. Usually I buy new, but Josh explained the advantages in purchasing a CPO. Additionally, this dealership didn't try to add any other overhead cost that so many dealers try to force upon you. The 3 hour drive to buy there was well worth it.
