Dishonest Dealership
Dishonest dealership that marks up their trade in vehicles $5,000 dollars without fixing anything on them. They will not even clean them up for test drives or delivery. Ralph doesn't respond when you contact him after the sale. Save yourself frustration and go somewhere else the has better service

Over 10 Days Trade-in still NOT PAID OFF
Ralph lies and will ghost you after the sale. The dealership is run by imbeciles. They send your payoff via USPS with no tracking number.

They guys will try to rip you off and they will not stand behind the deals they make. Don’t walk .. RUN AWAY. Add rudeness, and incompetence. Not a place to do business.

Pacifica screen blinking. Bought the car in Va. bu
Bought the car in Va. but am in Fl. for winter. Screen started blinking and I went online to see others report on same problem. Many have similar problem so I went to Flagler Chrysler to see their recommendation or solution. First thing they commented on when seeing I was from Va. was all the lemons sold by my dealer up there. Then they looked at my screen and claimed to never have seen that or heard of anyone else with the problem. They didn't want to attempt repair since I couldn't leave the car for them. They suggested nothing. Totally useless with zero concern. I suggested they google the problem as I did and they would see that this is an ongoing problem everywhere with Pacificas. Yet they had never before been aware of such a problem. Never again will I buy a Chrysler. The cars and the service are worthless. Bankruptcy would be best for all concerned. There is no value added when dealing with a company like that.

My 2016 1500
Hi had my truck towed To Flagler Dodge I have extended coverage 10 years hundred thousand miles ..truck has 51,000 miles they charged me $152 for diagnosing I paid . Proceeded to tell me I needed a starter for $800 and warranty was no good and their dealership I called another dealership I took my warranty didn’t have to pay $152 said it wasn’t the starter I live in Flagler I always try to keep my business locally very disappointed in Flagler Dodge Seems the service department didn’t want to do any legwork with extended warranties xxx

Worst Car Buying experience of my life!
Wow! This was a terrible experience. I was very upfront with my trade and what I wanted to buy. Add on the website says on thing...turns out Bait and Switch! You actually have to pay $8,000 more to get the Car pictured. Misleading and rude!

Don't know how they're still in business!
I should of known better. They used to service (or should I say - used to break) my Durango when I owned it. I went in to look at the new Jeep Wranglers. I walked through the lot without anyone approaching me. OK, maybe they're busy inside. Nope! I walked inside, saw two salesmen B.S.ing, another playing on his computer and one more talking to a customer. I spent over 10 minutes looking at the Wrangler on the showroom floor. The sales manager looked down at me from his platform and never once asked if I needed help. Between this and the other horrible reviews on here, it's amazing they're still in business.

Awesome!!
I have purchased several new cars from several dealerships and can honestly say this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I drove an hour to purchase a new Ram 1500 and worked with Caylin Murray (Internet sales). I was not pressured one time starting with our communication online then on the phone and once I arrived at the dealership. She had the truck waiting for me to take a test drive and the purchase could not have been any easier. Once I went back to finance I met with Buck Day and he was pleasure to work with. He worked extremely hard, went above and beyond and did everything he could to help me get the payment I needed. My buying experience with these two at Flagler Dodge was outstanding and I will tell anyone I know to take the hour drive and see these guys for their next purchase.

Got the car I needed at the price I wanted
Growing family so we needed another car. Something newer, low mileage, safe, easy on gas and dependable. Got all that and a lot more, and all at the budget I established before I left the house. Easy and painless, just the way I like it.
