AVOID! RAMON ESTEBAN - MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE
I purchased my car from this dealer. Mind, the car was over $60,000 and I ended up buying it because I really like the car itself and it is very difficult to find that car. Otherwise I would never spend a dollar at this place solely because of the General Sales Manager - RAMON ESTEBAN! This person is extremely rude, impolite, arrogant and supercilious! It's a shame because the rest of the staff is very helpful and nice, but he kills it for everyone working there. After I bought a $60,000+ car, he kept on just looking at me and did not even say thank you or congratulations or something in that sense!!! Unbelievable.... On the other hand, Lena and Buck are very helpful and are willing to go way out of their way!

Terrible Experience
I drove over 60 miles to look at a car and called to make an appointment in advance. When I arrived, the car did not have the features advertised and the car was filthy. Cup holder was full of cigarette ashes - YUK! When I told the general manager how disappointed I was, he got an attitude and stormed off. I wouldn't buy a car from a place that treated their customers so poorly.

I just purchased a NEW 2017 JEEP TRAILHAWK 4X4 FROM THEM! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Thank you to RAMON, JOHN, LINA and BUCK. You all are magnanimous in your customer service and knowledge! I can't thank them enough for the RED CARPET TREATMENT they gave me, not only when I was test driving a vehicle but when I purchased it a week later as well. If you are out looking for a NEW CAR PURCHASE experience, go to FLAGLER CHRYSLER, JEEP, DODGE! you will not EVER regret it!

Lack of communication and/or training.
Called on Thursday about used vehicle, was contacted on Friday morning by an online representative who scheduled me for a noon appointment on Saturday. (This will make your visit go much smoother) We drove 180 miles only to find out it was sold on Friday afternoon. In talking to the sales manager he said this was a 'new' system and the rep should have checked to see that the vehicle hadn't sold. She and I talked a 8:08 am on Friday, the vehicle was not sold at that time. It seems as though an appointment is useless, or sales team should check said "system" and at least give a courtesy call to save someone like myself a 360 mile trip and a wasted day.

AWFUL customer service
Went to this dealer looking to buy a specific used vehicle. Liked the car and tried making a deal even though the battery was dead and badly corroded. They would only come off retail list price by $123. My wife talked to the used car sales manager to see if anything could be done to lower the price. He was very rude, loud and belligerent with her. He told her repeatedly that he was going to drop the price at all and he didn't care at all if we bought the vehicle or not. That it was a Honda and there would be someone else who would buy it at full price. We were able and willing to pay what they asked until she was treated so horribly by him. He was so awful to her we left there with her in tears. I will never step foot on their property again and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Service
I was on my way home from FL back to IL when I noticed the engine light on. By chance, I found this dealership and I just want to say they treated me like I was a regular customer. It should have taken 5 hours for the repairs but they had me on my way in about 3 hours as the service manager put 2 guys on the repair. I was so very thankful to be able to get back on the road sooner rather than later. Van has been running fine since the repair!!! Thanks so much!

Great Team
The salesman Alan took me by the hand and lead me through some confusing decisions until we got a car that suited my needs. My financing ability was not the best but the team got creative and found a way to make it happen. How could I be any happier!
