If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a Jeep on a Friday and asked during test drive if there was 2 keys to vehicle. They told me yes as key ring said 1 of 2, as I was doing paperwork they could not find key. They said it was probably in service but service was closed and they would send me they key or call me to pick it up. I stop in on Monday where they first acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about then looked around and said they still hadn’t found it and would call me. No calls to me were ever made. I made 5 calls in a week and a half period only each time to leave a message. Then 2 weeks after purchase I talk to sales Mgr Kyle Hash who tells me there is no 2nd key and they won’t make me one, basically I’m SOL, not even an apology. Terrible customer service! Don’t go here!!

Good People
I went in with my wife as we are interested in buying a new truck. Not sure exactly what truck yet, but we are looking. I went here with trepidation. You know how it can be, pain in the you know what sales people. I couldn't have been more wrong. They were great. Knew I was shopping and they respected me for that. Made their points on the vehicles I was interested in, offered to show me others and even to do price comparisons with other area dealers - even their competitors. I left with a lot more information than I went in with, more than I could have gotten on my own - and without any pressure or hassle. I appreciate that. I can't say for sure if I will buy from them, but they sure have raised the bar from the 2 other new car dealers I visited before them.

Nice!
I called about a 2016 Jeep Wrangler a friend told me about. When I called, we set up a time to meet. Everything went according to plan from the first point of contact to the closing of the deal. You guys did exactly as you said you would every step of the way, honestly and without delay. It really opened my eyes to how car shopping and buying should be. Hats off to Rod and his team. Thank you. George P.

Disappointed new vehicle owner
Our family moved to Palm Coast and bought a beautiful 2018 Jeep from Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep on 11/24/18. Trading in 3 vehicles, we felt confident that we now had a safe, reliable family vehicle. On May 20th 2019 just days shy of having the Jeep 6 months, I lost power steering while driving my 6 year old home from school. I was on the inside lane taking a left along side a tractor trailer to the right of us. It was pretty scary, and could have ended very badly for us. I called the dealership the same day. When my husband came home, it was fine however he dropped it off first thing the next morning to be looked at. Today makes 38 days that the vehicle has been at the dealership. My husband has stopped by and made phones calls over a dozen times with no results. Has called phone numbers provided to him and received no return calls. Yesterday he was told the person he needs to speak to is in training for a few days and unavailable. When the dealership first test drove it, the wipers were going by themselves, radio turned off and it locked in park. It was believed to be in the wiring, parts replaced and still the Jeep turned off 20 minutes into a test drive. I am deeply disappointed by not just the vehicle, because I understand these things happen but the lack communication and timely resolution. Jeep doesn't seem to be able to fix the issue. I have no idea if and when this will be resolved and whether I can ever feel safe again driving my daughter in this vehicle.

Worst experiance ever
I purchased a used 2009 Challenger from Flagler Dodge. The car only had 49,000 miles on it. A week later the front brakes locked up. I spent $1,043.52 to have the brakes repaired. Flagler Dodge would not even agree to split the cost with me. Flat refused. They apparantly do not inspect their used cars before reselling them. I would NEVER recommend this dealer.

General Manager Rude
GM Rod became irritated when I tried to negotiate a better deal for my trade. Things went downhill at that point and he used curse words when talking to me. I told him, I’d never buy a car from someone who talked to me that way. He said fine, just leave. I did and I or my friends won’t ever shop there!!!

Horrible Customer Service from Management
We bought a car at this dealer and had a decent experience. Shortly after we got the car I had to leave town as we lost 2 family members. We drove 1000 miles one way. When we arrived at our destination the ac had stopped blowing cold and was basically just moving are around like a fan not ac unit. I called the dealer I bought the car from, Flagler, and spoke to my sales guy. We explained what had happened and that I was out of town for a while but wasn’t sure if I should the vehicle to a dealer in Va. I was told not to worry that when I got back they’d deal w the ac. I trusted these guys seeing as the purchase experience was good. Fast forward till this week I takenthe car in as agreed the sales manger approved the work. Great right? Nope they refused to replace the sensor that wasn’t working. They were gonna have GM cal me asap. 24 hrs later and no call I decided to go there. When I arrived Fank, the same sales manager I’d seen when I was there the same one that said do the 130.00 diagnostic let get car taken care of, was in the show room quick chat he goes to get GM and says the GM not there while all the while he was in his office. So as I’m sitting there the GM goes out the side door and back in the front door. Comes to the desk and jumps right into the conversation without introducing himself nothing. They didn’t tell me he was the GM until I asked for the number forma complaint department or Chrysler. At this point not only did he refuse to give me the number but he also told me to leave. I said I will leave but I need the numbers I request. They still wouldn’t give me the number and proceeded to call the cops. While waiting for the cops to show the GM continued speaking to me with lies. He claimed there were 25k miles put on my car since I bought it, not so! Bought it with 64k car now has 73k, nowhere near 25k miles. So i called Chrysler and had them on the line listening to these two clowns and the cops as well when they got there!! Now mind you the whole time the sales manager, the one that just two days prior was hitting on me and flirting, was now laughing in my face because, well because he could. Bottom line my ac isn’t fixed, and he had the cops give me a no trespassing order. Um hello I’m trying to my car fixed and dealing with a huge contract and we did business there. Well here’s the catch the car need fixing the mileage needs to be cleared up but I can’t take the car back there. Chrysler said take the car back after they filed a formal complaint. How? I can’t go on the property because the GM didn’t like that I asked for a number for the complaint to be filed and because I wouldn’t turn and play dead and challenged him. If you want good customer service don’t go here!!! These people are shady, rude, liars, and do not stand behimd the vehicles they sell.
