My sales person was Maddie. I cannot say enough of great things about her. She was the best sales person I ever met. I have purchased at least 4 times . She picked out the car just by having talked with me over the phone. She worked out many obstacles. I have some disabilities which she had those in the works also. She was so great. If there should come a need for another car I sure hope she will be there. I have talked with friends about her being a great sales person like no other. She also called on Mathew to assist and he was awesome also. I can’t say enough about these two. They are knowledgeable and just as kind.

Good people are great. Jose and Cortlan. Service department did miss some wrapping plastic twice. But did complete after made aware of.

I brought my 2024 Mazda CX-5 in for oil change and tire rotation. We were provided a ride to the Clock restaurant for breakfast while we waited. We are always in good hands with Tyson.

This is the WORST service ever!
This is the WORST service ever! This was my car’s problem and Tyson said they cannot fix it without a full inspection ($189+tax)! Then he said the part will arrive in two days, which didn’t. I said fine. He scheduled another appointment and I asked a ride, he said the driver will be here at 11am. I arranged all my daily schedule accordingly, now he says I have to wait 45mins! He says my insurance does not cover a rental and he is not paying for rideshare. And now I realised he is charging me extra for the installation of the part ($215). I aleady paid $500 for the part and inspection, and the breakdown was saying labor & parts. Now he is saying it is the labor of inspection (of course he didn’t inform me about this). This place sucks. No customer satisfaction, nothing! I brought the car on Monday, it is Thursday and I am still waiting…

Everyone we encountered at the dealership seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our choice of the Equinox. Cortlan found just the right vehicle for us, and Matt's careful orientation walked us through every feature. We also interacted with Sidney, who was not our salesperson, but was happy to share her satisfaction as an Equinox driver.
