By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I go in and trade in a vehicle for a used Ram 2500. I was told to start the vehicle by pressing the key fob against the push start…which I thought was weird but I didn’t think much of it as I’ve never owned a Ram before. I got the vehicle and went home. That night I text my sales rep saying I left a few valuable items in my truck and if I could swing by first thing in the morning and retrieve them, which I was given the green light to do. When I showed up and inspected the truck the only compartment that was open was where my valuables were and they were GONE! I was told it wasn’t their problem and basically “tough crap”. Not even 24 hrs and theft occurred. I then come to find that my vehicle was starting that way because it had to be emergency started because there was an issue with the key fob. So they sold me a vehicle that didn’t start correctly and then told me tough crap when my items were taken from my trade in not even 24hrs later. And now the cherry on top. I signed off on them doing a 10 day payoff on my trade in. It has been 3 weeks now and my previous vehicle is not paid off and I’m being told I have a payment due and if I don’t pay the financing from my previous view will report me to the credit bureaus. This dealership is an absolute joke and management is awful….STAY AWAY!!!!! Update as well. No one will get back with me on the payoff that they haven’t done. Lawsuit is on its way to the dealership!

Lauren at Nissan scheduled my appointment a week in advance to test drive the Nissan Z. Upon arrival I was introduced to a salesman named Tairon pronounce (Tyrun) and the very first thing he said was I looked very young. I thought nothing of it and kindly told him I was in my mid 30s and would like to purchase the vehicle considering my previously purchased Nissan vehicle was almost paid off. Tairon stated I did not fit the typical demographic of Nissan Z buyers but we will test drive the vehicle. After providing the requested information, Tairon left the desk area to make a copy (at least this is what he said) and when came back he stated the Z was not test drivable to keep the mileage on the vehicle closest to new as possible but he will show it to me. I followed him to view this car and I noticed immediately it had been driven. There was debris in the driver side all over the carpet and I brought this to his attention. The screen in the car displayed over 500 miles. I told Tairon this car has been driven out of town so what is the reason I am unable to test drive it again? He said they do not allow people who don’t intend to purchase to “joyride” despite that I was there seriously considering purchasing the Z. Throughout the interaction, Tairon made multiple remarks implying I was too young and could not afford the vehicle one of which stating the vehicle is too expensive when I asked him the price. This car is not that much more than the car I own now. As a loyal Nissan customer who has purchased two vehicles, I found this to be discriminatory and unacceptable to be denied a test drive because the salesman has already deemed me ineligible to purchase. Mind you he never ran my credit to make this decision. This experience fell far below the standard I expect from Nissan especially considering if the car was not test drivable, I should never had an appointment scheduled. My time was wasted and I was made to feel as if only certain people can buy this car. It is my hope this review will lead to Tairon receiving more training in ethics and become a fair salesman if he continues to pursue car sales as a career. Nevertheless, formal complaints will be made as this was a frustratingly discriminatory experience. Not to mention, I wanted my next car to be the Z. I have mixed feelings about pursuing this vehicle at another location as I do not want to made to feel this way again. 0/10 I do not recommend shopping here unless you are the demographic they are looking to sell to.

Fraud alert, central, Houston Nissan bait and switch contract fraud. I am writing this review to worn consumers about the detective fraudulent practices. I experience At Central Houston Nissan buyer beware they will sell you a car under one price get you to do add-ons roll it into your purchase price of the vehicle. Then when you have problems with the add-ons, they will deny service saying you never purchased it due to. It is not broken down into the itemized list. They offered me $500 if purchased on a Saturday denied one arrived they took out the defective part refused a refund due to. They said it was not on the bill of sale and I had no proof of purchase Sarah Simmons Leah Banamar Rico, Carlos, Jason and Alex Garcia all you Gotta do is read the reviews. You can see a pattern.

This was a horrible experience.
This was a horrible experience. The sales people are liars and unethical. I can only assume the problem is the dealership's culture. We agreed on a price and they confirmed the pricing with their GM. I told them I dont want to waste my time if they can't honor the price I will walk out. Randy called me and said we can do it so I went the next day. When I got there they made me wait for 45 minutes only to show me a sales info sheet with thw wrong price and with $5,000 of dealer add ons. When I said we had an agreement, Randy said "even if we can do that..." at that point I left. I dont do business with liars!
