I had contacted them to arrange a test drive, but when I arrived, I was informed that the car had already been sold a few hours earlier. The dealer had failed to remove the car from their website two weeks later, which was misleading and inconvenient for me."

I sent my daughter to get a brake job done the service rep quoted her a price of $304 to replace the serpentine belt I called the dealership up asking how much to replace the serpentine built in the same service advisor said $189 I called him back and let him know who I was and I'm asking why was it the price so high he got off the phone for about 20 minutes came back and said that's the price we're not like other dealerships I think this dealership is taking double charging up in the price for women versus Men please be by your beware

If you want to learn how to turn a 5-star review and a lifelong customer into a 1-star review everywhere and a never-coming-back customer, Central Houston Nissan is the right place. I was mailed a giveaway saying that I won money, and I even called to verify and they told me it's real. When I arrived, I kept confirming if this is real, and they kept saying yes, until it wasn't! I was told that it was too late to claim the prize, even though I had called to verify. If you can't even keep a simple promise, I can't imagine what other lies are you presenting to other customers. I seriously was going to consider my next vehicle here, but if you don't ever want my business, there are plenty of places that will. I have zero trust in this dealership now and will tell everyone that I know not to come here for anything. I am leaving a 1-star review everywhere that I can.

1st Part-Now I know why I had a very bad buying experience in Central Houston Nissan. I found out that unanimously it's a bad review and rating to them.This is my 3rd vehicle purchased. My first and second was great with Toyota dealers but with Central Houston Nissan…guess what?This dealer is horrible.It took me 9 times back and forth to complete the deal.1st day:I came to see if the coupon from Internet sales manager of $279/mos. or zero downpayment is true!I I meet the salesman and offered 2 cars to chose.I thought those cars are good deal because of the said advertisement. He gave me the quotes and the monthly of what I ask was 2 times higher. I said I cant afford that. For me maximum is $350 then he said I will help you to get that.He ask me to fill out some papers and run the credit.Never ask me if I will buy the car. Just surprise me to wait the finance manager for paperworks.I turned down the deal due to overpriced. 2020 Used Nissan Kicks total price is 26K finance for $580 per month for 75mos +$2K downpayment more expensive than my 2022 Brand new Toyota Corolla LE which I pay for only $480 per month + 0 downpayment.Manager is so angry and ask me who told you for only $350? I said the salesman.Then he walk out to find the salesmans. I follow him outside and talk to salesman then I ask him that I will go home and send my moneyback.Before I go home they offer for only $480/mos.I said No! We will buy a new car next year.2nd day:They call and text me that they have the same Kicks but silver color & sent to me the pics of the car for only $380 per month.I said sounds good,I will come to see and check the car.I arrived at the dealer & the car is in the shop for cleaning because it's so dirty especially the interior there's an animal hair.Exterior with dent and some scratches. They told me that,it will be look brand new after the works and washing.I just keep my mouth closed because I know it's a lie. The Kicks trim was S not SV as they told me it's the same.I went home and cameback at night to check.Looks brandnew outside but some scratch & dent.I can’t see inside because it’s dark. Now we come to see the Manager office for contract signing. It's not $380 instead $408 but it's okay.I thought everything is done but they told me to comeback within 2days for emission test.My God they sold the car but the test isn’t done! I drove home the car knowing that the SRS warning light is on. It is ilegal for a dealer to sell a car with SRS warning light on.I informed and sent to them the pictures but no response.So I cameback on the 3rd day for inspection.They promise to finish in 2hours but no!They let me to borrow the other car to go home.4th day:I call them if the car is ready and they reply yes the car is ready!I arrived at the dealer and the inspection is not yet finish!I found out that the car did not pass the emmision test.So I drove home the other car again and wait for their call.Before that I texted the salesman I prefer another car because I know the car is not in good condition.5th day:I texted them again that I prefer another car but they insisted that the car is ready.I went to dealer to get the car and remind him about the problem and he promise to change the car when there is an available with the same price. 6thday:temporary plate expired.They ask me to come to change tag.I informed them about the warning SRS light is still on and I want to change the car. They promise me to change when there is available.Few days later..They texted me and ask for my latest proof of income and also to my wife.I sent to them and after next day they call me to sign again together with my wife.7th day: They call me if I can come to sign the contract.I said no because my wife has work until 7pm.they told you can come and sign and we'll call your wife if you could sign on behalf of her.I arrived at dealer and the manager ask, where is you wife?I said she's at work.He told me that both of us will sign.I just waste my time.8th day.-to be cont

I traded in my Infiniti almost three weeks ago.
I traded in my Infiniti almost three weeks ago. I see the car listed on their website for sale, but it still has a lien on it. I called the bank to see if they have received the payoff amount. Nope. Nothing. I've tried calling Central Houston's finance department and of course, no answer, and a "This mailbox is full" message. My bank said they should have already received the payoff funds since the trade in took place weeks ago. Be careful when trading in with a balance still due on your trade. The sales people are nice and accommodating when you are there, but once you have signed those papers...you may be on the hook.
